CBS Joins NBC, CNN & MSNBC in Mis-Ascribing Leftist LaRouche's Poster to Conservatives

Who says the media are monolithic in their thinking?

Yesterday we informed you of the media's serial misuse of an Obama-as-Hitler poster from esoteric left-winger Lyndon LaRouche's website, as outlets like NBC (on their Nightly News and Meet the Press), CNN and MSNBC all ascribed the poster to sentiments roiled up by talk radio host Rush Limbaugh specifically and conservatives generally.

We were entertained by the fact that all of these highly trained, keen-eyed journalists missed the words "LaRouchePAC.com" - in fairly large type - printed at the bottom of every one of the placards they used for their little reporting projects.

Well apparently CBS hasn't yet learned the lesson we had hoped to impart.  In fact, last night they did the other networks one worse.

For the words "LaRouchPAC.com" are prominently visible three times (screen captures below the fold) on two different Obama-as-Hitler posters during reporter Ben Tracy's segment, yet that doesn't stop him from blaming it on right-wingers.

As the second Obama-as-Hitler poster is shown, with LaRouchePAC.com clearly visible front and center, Tracy offers up:

"Some experts believe a growing anti-government sentiment,..."

LaRouche, a nearly twenty year member of the Socialist Workers Party and then a seven-time Democratic Party candidate for President, can hardly be described as "anti-government."  He most certainly can not be described as a conservative.

Some of the "LaRouchePAC.com"s on these screen caps are a bit blurry, as their signs' holders are in the process of waving them vigorously, but on the video we have here it can be read clearly.

And most importantly, reporter Ben Tracy was on the scene and had plenty of time and therefore no problem reading them.  So why didn't he?

MMFA

I am not going to link to Media Matters For America, I am an Imus Fan. But they have a post up showing all of the advertisers for Beck, Dobbs and Limbaugh. All The companies who advertize on their tv and radio programs. Is MMFA trying to undermine their program's sponsors. MMFA seems upset the same advertizers refused to buy programming on Air America..which after all was a bust.

Lyndon LaRouche... the Ron

Lyndon LaRouche... the Ron Paul of the Democratic Party?  Hell. Ron Paul is saner than that guy.

The left wing nutjob and conspiracy theorist.  The guy so liberal and crazy that the Liberals disavowed him.  He's more fringe than Ralph Nader!!!

He doesn't even exist for the MSM even though he seems to recruit a lot of young people.  Likes to prey on college campuses for fresh and impressionable minds.

Obama wants to nationalize

Obama wants to nationalize business - including healthcare.

Hitler wanted to nationalize business - including healthcare.

What's the big deal?   If the swastica fits......

(BTW- Did you know his pastor wasn't very fond of Jews either?)

There are far more similarities between Democratics (they aren't democrats) and Hitler than between Republicans and and Hitler.  Remember, FDR praised Hitler's socialist reforms and tried to emulate them here...he even had concentration camps for Japanese Americans - most of whom were loyal Americans and many of whom proved it on the battlefields.

I'm not afraid of being portrayed as some nut comparing Obama to Hitler - IMO it's the leftist propagandists who are the nuts..

Re Jeremiah Wright

There's little difference between Black Liberation Theology and Nazism. Adolf Hitler believed that the 'Aryan race' was superior to all others. James Cone and the BLT's believe that the black race is superior to all others. Aryan Supremacy/Black Supremacy, take your pick of perversions. Jeremiah Wright clearly is a disciple of BLT, and we have no evidence that the Bamster is not also a believer in Black Supremacism.

BLT is also based on a meld of socialism and Christianity that emerged in South America, when the socialists realized that if they could somehow infiltrate the Catholic church, that they might get their message to many more in South America.

LaRouche ??? I thought he was dead. Isn't he dead???

Shades of the Lunitic Fringe.

I thought he died years ago.

Oh well..,.

What a Loon.

NB disabuses it readership

NB disabuses it readership by continually ascribing "mistakes" on the part of the drive by media when they get a story wrong.  They are not getting it wrong at all.  They are not reporters or that high sounding term, journalists.  They are liberal propagandists.

Once you agree that the drive by media has nothing more in mind then bending your mind to socialism and Hollyweird social values, you can report these "mistakes" properly.  That they are just "messing up" and bumbling is nonsense.

These propagandists have hundreds even thousands on their staffs.  They spend millions and millions of dollars in the delivery of their offerings.  They scrutinize and "game" every word, every slide, every video.  It is a concerted and highly orchestrated effort.  They didn't make a mistake here, period, nor have they in the past.

In the words of my favorite puppet, Walter,  'Hey, MSMget your sh*t and get out!- Dumbasses."  I guess the MSM can't read, either.....

Left wing historians

Left wing historians labeled the totalitarian left wing socialist Nazis with fascism since labeling Nazis as socialists would hinder the socialist movement in the USA.  Remember that FDR and Truman were both socialists.

Fascism started off as a poltical movement in Italy and then it moved to Spain.  It was nothing like what the Nazis had.

Nazis were planning a socialist utopia for the aryan race.  Adolf Hilter commissioned the "volkswagon," remember.   He wanted a "peoples car."  Who names stuff like that?  Socialists do.   Like the Peoples' Republic of China.  After everyone was gone, all his aryans would like like smurfs.

Fascists wanted a darwinistic society based on competition inspired by Sparta and Rome.   Race didn't play a role.  They wanted to be strong.  Might was right.  They wanted a new ROman Empire.  They wanted a warrior society.

Fascists and Nazis were both totalitarian and both were promoted by dictators but they were not both fascist.   Fascism is the more misused word in human history.  Nazis were socialists.  Nazi stands for National Socialist.

Nazis and USSR commies had more in common with each other than  they had with Mussolini's Italy.  Hell, Stalin was the Hitler of the East.

Anyhow, how did Hitler convince his Nazis to kill jews?  Many jews were well off and many were bankers.  He convinced them that jews were swindling them out of there dough.  Those evil capitalist jews were preying on the hard working german people.  Started with class warfare.

Hey kids: Wanna lie? Go ahead, it's OK now

At what point did lying through your teeth in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary become not only acceptable, but admired, in America?

I feel sorry for young parents trying to instill the virtue of truthfulness in a young child when systemic lying like this is now considered normal in our society. Unleashing 500 Al Quedas into the US would not bring about more harm than what the liberal MSM has done and is continuing to do at an ever-quickening pace.

At least we have countermeasures for dealing with AQ - for the time being.

Audience

The broadcast networks know that their audience is comprised of millions of viewers that that do not have either cable, sat, internet or listen to conservative radio. These viewers are the ones that they are targeting. Each of you probably know someone like this.

" I saw it on the nightly news. So it must be true! "

More of a pep talk to

More of a pep talk to people who wish to avoid news that contradicts their views.

No one glorifies these network news heads more than people who do have access to cable and internet.  They like to flaunt the "prestige" of these longstanding news networks.  "They've been in the business so long that they should be believed over younger and more conservative sources of news."

Liberals watch this stuff.  It tells them what they should dismiss and what to believe.

It is completely understandable. President Obama is simply

rallying his troops (ACORN, Unions, MSM, etc.) to counter the right-wing conservative nutjobs (Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, etc.) who have highjacked the moderate Republican Party (John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Colin Powell, etc.), and are spreading filthy, revolting, Nazi lies about Obama and the Dems' healthcare plan.

Obama's plan will not only provide  every citizen with terrific, free healthcare, but also insure that millions (approx 12 to 20 million) of illegal aliens,------- CORRECTION------undocumented U.S. residents, will finally receive the healthcare they deserve.

Kudos to CBS, NBC/MSNBC, ABC and CNN for their undying love and support in this effort. Moreover, the right-wing nutjobs' mouth piece, FoxNews, can jump in the lake (except for our comrades Shepard Smith and Geraldo Rivera).

In the days before the

In the days before the internet and thus minimal information available, LaRouche actually seemed to make some sense.

One of the 34% who thinks George W. Bush was a great President. One of the 86% who wants to bring back the stock and pillory.
