Other than being Shia LeBouef's eye-candy in a summer blockbuster (think Bond Girl) and being able to do a thousand crunches per day, what exactly are the accomplishments of Megan Fox?

I can think of no reason to give weight to Megan Fox's opinions of middle America.  Her intellectual prowess is clearly unequal to the task of expressing anything worthy of my attention.

However, she is still useful for eye-candy.  Poor thing - I actually pity her for becoming what she is; a less-talented female George Clooney.  Bummer.

...Perfectly acceptable in today's politically correct and completely hypocritical world of double standards and race-baiting:

- As long as you preface everything with "white" and then say something demeaning, you're enlightened and "with it". Throw in some "Bush/Cheney are Hilter" boilerplate for extra credit.

- On the other hand, criticize someone for their disgraceful behavior - and that someone happens to be black - and the shrieks of racism and "hate speech" will begin almost immediately.

I wonder if Megan would still have a career today if she had uttered an equally disparaging/offensive stereotype about blacks?  She'd be in the trash bin w/ Michael Richards.

I met her at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center when she was filming Transformers 2.  In person she's really just cute, not smokin hot imho.

As others have pointed out, she seems to be spewin the (Hollywood) "party" line in her comments. Given what she makes per film I understand why.

On the other hand, given that she ain't beltin out Sophie's Choice caliber acting performances, I'd dare say her casting couch skills are her ticket to the roles she lands.

I hoped she saved some of that money she made making a few movies. Ive never paid to see any of her stuff and never will. She might be good looking, but I bet if you scraped off all the make-up she is not that hot and just another malnourished, air headed Hollywood flake with mediocre looks. You could find nicer, prettier and smarter ladies working the lunch counter in any small city. Don't no body tell her, but she is one of the white trash she is talking about removing. Maybe because I'm not a guy I don't see what the big deal is about her looks. So she's attractive. I see young women just as and often more pretty than her all over my town. As F. Scott Fitzgerald said: "After a certain degree of prettiness, one pretty girl is as pretty as another." Throw this bimbo into the pool of other attractive women all over the world, and she's a small fish.

I kept reading her name everywhere but didn't even know who she was. Then I found out she was the generic attractive girl in Transformers. I can't keep the generic twentysomethings straight these days. Give me an actor with character like Cate Blanchett, Holly Hunter, or Helen Mirren. This simply just reminds me that it isn't always true that beauty translates into intelligence, and I tend to believe that it can happen on both sides. For example, even though I thought it was unfair for the MSM to dump on Carrie Prejean just because she gave her own honest beliefs (which really isn't that ridiculous to say that same-sex civil unions are okay but just leave marriage as between a man and a woman), I had a problem about her letting pernicious organizations manipulate her into believing she was being victimized by a secret conspiracy to trash her for having her own beliefs.

Of course, I have a hard time believing a thirty-foot alien robot, designed by a toy company no less, would actually exist to do Megan Fox's bidding. I'll still keep my sexy picture stash of her, but I certainly will not look for any foreign policy statements coming from her anytime soon.
