Maher is another one who is determined to self-destruct...just light the fuse and let her rip and I intend to give him all the privacy and space he needs to do just that.  I generally don't consider another person a waste of energy, but there are always exceptions.

These people (maher etc) are so repulsive , it really is time to find their sponsors and boycott them. There is no excuse other than he has more mouth  than creative talent for this attack on weak , innocent children. Sarah palin has brought a lot of this on herself for critizing Rahm for using the word retard, and not critizing Rush for doing the same thing. Now comedians have made Jokes about it because Sarah Palin said it was alright to use the word if it was satire.

If Sarah Palin would have done the right thing and critized Rush the same way she did Rahm then I think most of these jokes would not have been made. She brought her son into this when she critized Rahm, when he clearly he was not refering to him. I think she used her son's handicap to try and score political points, which to me is just as despicable as any of the recent "satire".

A politician on the right calls someone "Macaca" and after a KosKid does 15 Google searches and discovers that it would offend .00037% of the population of Rhodesia, he's run out of town.

Maher says something that is disgustingly offensive to 99.3% (my unscientific estmate, admittedly) of the world population and he gets paid millions to be on HBO and frolic at the Playboy Mansion?

And, sadly, there is probably a lib out there reading this right now who is offended and believes me to be insensitive because I have no freaking idea what "Macaca" means (but I'm darn sure it ain't a Rhodesian thing...)

Of course, the bad economy (Obama's fault) has caused people to sever ties with 'non-essential' expenses. HBO certainly is one of those. The beauty of this web site, NewsBusters, is that it called attention to this horrific show of insensitivity by Maher to those who probably didn't even see him say it. A huge 'Thank You' for that. HBO will thus lose a ton of subscribers.

It appears Maher is angling to be the next Alan Berg.

 At this point Maher is only going for controversy to increase what are probably lousy ratings.   He wasn't funny, the audience wasn't exactly howling with laughter.  There was some forced laughter, Maher was the only one who really thought he was funny.

This jerk is always hanging around HuffPoop and from glancing at the comments there he isn't even liked by the rapid liberals he panders to.  There are believe it or not one or two liberals who see Maher and Olbermann as doing more harm to their party nationwide than good.  One day, and it's coming, when Maher or Olbermann's name is mentioned in a Democrat crowd they are going to be laughed at and not in a good way.   Remember it's started with SNL and Jon Stewarts show a little bit with Olbie.  Which is why Olbie went right away to "apologize to Jon Stewart" and do some damage control, with his own people.

What is it with Liberals and Sarah Palin?  They willingly attack her, attack her children, make jokes about Trig (I'm honestly getting sick of calling him the "downs syndrome child" and then try to tell the world how compassionate you are. 

There was a time, in a civilized world long ago, that political attacks were fine but there were limits.  Liberals seem to be, not only attacking individuals, but also attacking those civilized limits.  What is it about being civilized that liberals don't understand? 

Another thing I've noticed is that no liberal is ever calling these people on anything they say.  The feminist refuse to defend the comments on Sarah Palin.  The Kennedy's, one of whom, Eunice Shriver did many good things for the mentally disabled, refuse to come to the defense of Trig.  The more that goes on, the more annoyed I become with liberals.  They would rather allow the attack and not comment than to stand up for what's right.  No wonder you can't trust them with having power over the country, they're more concerned with their party and their liberalism than they are with anything else.  

Election 2008-God's way of showing us that elections count.  

This guy doesn't have a product, whether it's a book or his tv show that I would waste my time and money with.  The only way to deal with him is ignore him.
