A lot of the hate directed at Sarah comes from women who aborted Downs babies, and now feel guilty. And anyone who thinks he shouldn't have been born feels only disdain. But with all the love and stimulation he's getting, which wouldn't have happened in the old days of institutionalization, Trig will probably be very high functioning and live a happy life. Let Them Keep Slandering Sarah Palin. It only makes the American People keep her in thier minds. Sarah Palin could be shouting from the rooftops and if the Media had not demonized her so much she would not be as relevant. Everytime she posts on Facebook it is National News and actually has fueled many National Conversations.

I can undertand the attacks as it is the only arrow in thier quiver right now. They really cannot spend too much time on arrguments require any substance because to do that would be addmitting that Sarah has enough intelligence to make the argument worthwhile. Since the MEDIA controlled the NARRATIVE in the election of 2008 they are stuck with it.

Americans are by and large a fair people. Many can be misled. Many can believe in a failed philosophy because they BELIEVE they are on the side of the angels. The more the attacks continue the more Sarah will be respected. We will never change the minds or the opinions of the "True Believers" so it is a complete waste of time to try. We can have influence on the people who really do not have any political philosophy. They are easily moved from side to side and position to postition. The real trick is to learn to control the message and the first way is to never respond to attacks of a personal nature. I know it is tempting but you have already lost when you do this because you are in a defensive position and have to prove a negative.

The way to control the message is exactly what Sarah Palin has been doing and she is doing it without a single media consultant. She is the one setting the debate. She is the one controlling the message. She is also the one who is gaining support daily and that is why she is the one who is the most dangerous. If she ever does run for President she has already learned an encyclopedia worth of knowledge and experience from her last foray.

Like Reagan before her who won the last debate against Jimmy Carter by just being Reagan, "Let Sarah be Sarah" and everything will be fine.
