Roseanne Barr Calls Nancy Pelosi 'A Criminal': 'She Needs To Go'
Comedienne and Green Party presidential candidate Roseanne Barr on Sunday went after former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
In a string of comments posted on Twitter, Barr called the House Minority Leader "a criminal" that "needs to go":
The Visa reference was actually a more-informed one than I would expect from this nincompoop.
As NewsBusters reported in November, Pelosi and her husband were exposed by author Peter Schweizer for having made investments in the credit card company as a result of insider information she had gotten during a Congressional hearing.
As for Barr, this isn't the first time she's gone after the former Speaker.
In 2008, she said she'd slap Pelosi in the face if she ever met her (at minute 4:25):

That's saying something when a progressive goes after someone who pretends to be a progressive, which DuhOne did do. He pretended to be a progressive while hiding (until recently) the fact that he's a socialist dictator.
Progressives are on the low end of socialism compared to the high end where Obeyme is and is breaking the barrier right into being a dictator, right now he's taking baby steps to see how far he can go, and he's gone pretty far already.

tieing liberals to "progress" is very annoying to me - conservatives are just as supportive of progress as anyone - we just see progress in our own way - why do we concede this term to the left?

I agree, it's just a term that got bastardized by the left like a lot of terms have been.
In this case, I use the term "progressive" derisively because #1 it's about the only time I would ever use that word in my vocabulary, and #2 it's a term that's the opposite of what those people truly are, just like a lot of other things. If you were to hear me speak it out loud, you can almost see the "air quotes" because I say it in a bit of a sarcastic way.
But the actual word "progress" surrendered to the left? HELL NO!

One definition is, " To increase in scope or severity, as a disease taking an unfavorable course."
I'd say that pretty much covers what the liberals are about right now.
It also means to move toward a goal, which liberals are very good at. They are as patient as all brands of communists have been, and make "progress" only as fast as they can sneak it by without causing alarm.
Sometimes I wish conservatives were more "progressive" and kept moving toward our objective, but we seem to make gains, then think that it won't move in the other direction again, and are truly surprised when we wake up and find out it has.
Liberalism is like crabgrass. You have to keep killing it or it will take over.

Bubba, you're right regarding the definitions, for myself, I think of Progress as things getting better than before, basically improving from a situation that wasn't as good. This is where my sarcastic sense comes from when I see a progressive and they are the exact opposite of that type of progress where they make things steadily worse.
Unfortunately the word progress is a multi-layered word like a lot of other words in the English language, which makes it easy for the libs to bastardize like they do so many other things.

I can actually agree with this airhead about something, The “Botox” Queen has overstayed his welcome by at least a decade, and her loss would not be missed.
Her power base is San Francisco and the mental limitation of that area is well documented, the replacement in the foreseeable future is dismal at best. How do you get so many limited people in so small an area?
