Searching that statement from Top to Bottom, I've had to look Up and Down my dictionary. That statement lacks Charm but has a full measure of Strangeness.

While my statement above, is complicated by a non-apparent message, penn's statement is not complicated but it is incomprehensible.

The difference seems to be beyond penn's pseudo-intellectual grasp.

I read Penn's 'polarizing' statement several times trying interpret it, but I gave up. That statement is teed up for mocking on The Daily Show. Trouble is, it was on the Piers Morgan show, so perhaps not even TDS writers saw it.

Reading the Constitution? It's a "living, breathing document". You can't just read the Constitution, you have to read all the majority opinions to find out what's in it. You need a law degree--or the belief that whatever they say is right--in order to understand it.

Also, it may be a cynical view -- but I really think O studied the Constitution as a means to someday -- somehow --weaken (if not destroy) it. At the very least, to try to sway others against its intent. I guess we can pretty much see those attempts in action now.
