Maher: 'If a Black Cat Crosses Your Path it is Bad Luck – Except in Florida Where You’re Allowed to Shoot it'
Bill Maher on Friday told what many would consider a rather racist joke.
After commenting at the beginning of HBO's Real Time that it was Friday the 13th, the host warned his audience, "If a black cat crosses your path it is bad luck – except in Florida where you’re allowed to shoot it" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
BILL MAHER: Can tell it’s a crazy crowd, right, tonight because it’s raining out there and also it’s Friday the 13th. Oooh, they love it here. Remember: if a black cat crosses your path it is bad luck – except in Florida where you’re allowed to shoot it.
Imagine the outrage and firestorm that would result from a conservative talker or comedian making such a joke.
Serious damage to his or her career.
But as an Obama-supporting liberal, Maher can say whatever he wants with total impunity.
Must be nice.

Otherwise he would know that Zimmerman turned himself in and is facing SECOND DEGREE MURDER charges, the second most serious offense in our legal system. Then again, pretending that we're all racists and that Zimmerman got away with it fits into the liberal narrative much nice than the truth

I've struggles with that problem since Politically Correct became a chronic condition of the country.
I would suggest that we attempt to develop a way to pronounce the "unmentionable" words in our language.
I will begin as of now to refer to Obama as a "n*****," which is pronounced "nasterisk." Kind of fits, don't you think?
