Bubba Watson Tells Piers Morgan 'You Were a Pr--k' on 'America's Got Talent'
CNN's Piers Morgan scored a huge get Tuesday night with the first major television interview with Masters Champion Bubba Watson.
When Morgan asked his guest why he was granted this honor, Watson marvelously answered, “Because when you were on this other show ‘America’s Got Talent,’ you were a pr--k!" (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):
After welcoming the Masters Champion with some introductory chitchat, Morgan asked, “Why have you given me the exclusive interview, because somebody has told me a rather unnerving reason why?”
Part of Watson's response was bleeped, but from reading his lips on the video numerous times, it appears his answer was, “Because when you were on this other show ‘America’s Got Talent,’ you were a pr--k! So, I wanted to come here and make fun of you just like you make fun of everyone else.”
After some laughter, Morgan said, “I heard that was the reason. I generally was, wasn’t I?”
“Yeah, for sure,” Watson said.
“You just like me being a prick?” asked Morgan.
“Yeah,” shot back his guest.
Much later in the interview, Morgan brought up the controversy surrounding the Augusta Country Club not allowing women members.
"This day and age, I think that, I don't see any reason why it could hurt," answered Watson. "But again, it's a club that has rules, that can do that. There's places that, there's rules made up, there's laws made up, that we can't do certain things."
Watson then asked his host what his views were on the subject, and Morgan predictably replied, “Oh, I think it's completely ridiculous…It's just like something out of the Dark Ages."
Quite marvelously Watson shot back, "I know who's not going to be a member. You!"
Now that's a real champion.
Bravo, Bubba! And congratulations.

Good work!! Long Walk/Short Piers IS a prick, and maybe he ought to go and try and join some all-female club or something, before he starts flapping his stupid Pommie gums about the Augusta Country Club.
Maybe Ted Nugent and Bubba Watson should go on this ludicrous Limey's show together, and just blow him up!!!!

He should have asked Piers if he'd be willing to let men into his Curves gym if Augusta opened membership to women.
Anti-Christianity in the News

Anti-Christianity in the News
The age-old admonition against ever discussing religion or politics never held any water, except maybe for atheists and for those who consider politicians spawns of the devil.
Especially in A.D. 2012, with the first serious Mormon candidate running for president, a president who is desperate to establish his Christian bona fides in the face of continuing doubts, and Rep. Paul Ryan saying on Tuesday that his Catholic faith is the foundation of his budget plan, religion has taken center stage in America although that stage is noticeably tilted against Romney and Ryan.
For example, Mitt Romney is often subjected to negative stereotyping and commentary from both the left and the right because of his membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, reactions that haven’t been seen in this country since the first Roman Catholic ran for the presidency fifty years ago.
Indeed, it would seem that all Christians come under greater scrutiny than adherents to other faiths, which has given rise to charges that there is a war on Christianity raging in America, a war apparent to any thinking person.
What do New York Jets quarterback Jeff Tebow, former sitcom star Kirk Cameron, and “American Idol” hopeful Colton Dixon have in common? Actually, all three share the same distinctions of being devout Christians–and all have been roundly criticized for their beliefs.
Tebow, of course, is the most visible figure among them and has been attacked for his outward displays of faith since his days as a Florida Gator through his two years with the Denver Broncos. Since his trade last month to New York, the belly of the liberal beast, many sports pundits have ramped up their ridicule and critiques and have gleefully predicted he will fail miserably.
However, failure doesn’t exist in Tebow’s playbook any more than the thought of changing either his character or altering his public demeanor exists.
Tebow took his show on the road to celebrate Easter Sunday to Georgetown, Texas, appropriately at the Celebration Church where he delivered a heartfelt sermonette in the form of a Q and A session with the pastor before a congregation estimated at 30,000 faithful.
The gist of his sentiments was reflected in his proud admission that he said, “Win or lose, it is most important that I honor my Lord and savior Jesus Christ.” (http://bit.ly/Hzkqa0)
Not that it would bother Tebow but that line will surely be seized on by his detractors the first time he throws an interception or the Jets lose a game.
It’s doubtful Kirk Cameron can toss a football as far as Tim Tebow but he created almost as big a stir when he frankly expressed his Christian moral views last Friday on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight.”
Cameron tread where few celebs would dare to go when the”Growing Pains” star and now a Born Again Christian gave his opinion on abortion and gay marriage.
Concurring with millions of other Americans, Cameron believes abortion is “wrong, under any circumstances. I think that someone who is ultimately willing to murder a child, even to fix another tragic and devastating situation–like rape or incest or things like that–is not taking the moral highroad.”
He may have gotten away with that statement but his non-politically correct Christian view that homosexuality is a perversion, without using that term, caused an uproar from the ultra-liberal, pro-gay set. Cameron forthrightly said, “I think that it’s unnatural . . . (Read more at http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=21241.)

In golf terms---Morgan's a hacker
Submitted by Rovin on Wed, 04/11/2012 - 7:20am.
It appears painfully obvious, (from this clip), that Piers Morgan is not a golfer. Did he even mention the incredible shot-making skills that took place at the Masters on Sunday? No, it’s all about whether a men’s club should allow women into their private domain. Forget that there’s thousands of women’s clubs all over the nation that DO NOT allow men to belong, no, Morgan thinks the folks at Augusta are the Neanderthals because they’re not politically correct---AND the liberal mainstream media has to back up their President who desperately needs every woman to vote for him. And we should forget the Obama has played more rounds of golf in his first term than any other President in 50 years with only ONE TIME inviting a women to join his private outing. Bubba’s right about Morgan---he’s a p**ck---but for so many other reasons, including carrying Obama’s water pail, like the rest of the liberal media backing the utter failure in the White House.
Morgan, Bubba and America`s got Talent

Bubba definitely has talent and he sure has Morgans number. The funny part is how in the He## did Morgan get on a Talent show. Bubba was probably thinking the same thing as he watched Morgan and finally got the opportunity to tell him what he thought. Bubba probably laughed all the way home.
Is America going to Die in 2012 or will she survive? We need many Bubbas in America.

I know the president is supposed to be a natural U.S. citizen and 35 but every now and then exceptions happen. Maybe in the remaining states we could write in Bubba's name as a gesture-message to the presumptive nominee.

1. His name is Bubba
2. He's self-taught and he won the Masters
3. He called Morgan a prick to his face and got him to laugh

Great counter-balance to that other 'Bubba', who happens to be a pathalogical liar and over-the-top egotist, although even der Schlickmeister is running a close second to Boy Baraka anymore - although in the IQ department, I'd have to give the nod (easliy!!!) to Willie Bubba Clinton.

I saw this comment, MD, before I went to work, but I wasn't sure to make of it - obviously you were!! I'd like to know how Bubba Watson showed no 'class' in this situation - hell, I'd say he took a career risk by going on Long Walk/Short Pier's show!!! What the hell does that Pommie Prick know about golf, or America, or Bubba Watson??? And I guess being honest is not a 'classy' way to be???
Bubba for President

Bubba Watson for President.
He got it EXACTLY RIGHT regarding the nature of Augusta National Golf Club and its PRIVATE membership policy--
which is something McMittens couldn't even get right when he even bothered to comment on the NON-issue, not to mention you-know-who attempting (and failing) to make it a campaign issue.

And his telling this imported commie what he is to his face is a nice bonus.

I would have commented that Augusta is a private members company. With private members rules. Its been that way for a long time. Women are free to create their own version of Augusta today. With Women's Only rules like many other private clubs that women have as their personal choice. I don't see your argument Piers, with a Males Only Private Club. Women can golf there as a guest. But memberships are exclusively men's.
Like what's with all these uppity liberals and their transgender, everybody stuff. they pick and choose their little nuances and petty symbolisms. I'm pretty sure the Women's PGA have or could easily develop a Women's Only Club if, and please if, the pockets of Women's golfing were to set aside a Golf Course solely for the very best Women's Golfers.
I don't believe any men would be rattled to have a Women's Only Golf Course membership rule. Go for it girls, lighter up and spend your cash. It's a free world to build your own piece of golfing paradise. Just open your wallets, buy some land, and let the golfing guru's building a course worthy of being called the Women's equivalent to Augusta.
But it starts with --- one dollar ---. Reach down deep into your purses and begin pulling out lot's and lot's of dollars and build a golf course.
