Obama Praises Mika Brzezinski: 'Better Half' of Morning Joe
The Obama administration has never been shy about showing its appreciation for the deplorably liberal so-called "news" network MSNBC.
Speaking at a White House economic forum Friday, the President expressed additional adoration as he praised Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski for proving "women really are the better half. Joe's not denying it" (video follows with transcript and commentary):
PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: I want to thank everybody who's made this forum on women and the economy possible. I thank Mika for helping moderate today and proving that on your show every morning that women really are the better half. [Applause] Joe’s not denying it. He’s not denying it.
It's certainly no surprise Obama would feel that way given Brzezinski's obvious liberal leanings.
But would Scarborough agree?
In December he told NewsBusters, "Mika does not consider it her role to be arbiter. Her role is mainly to read the news and to provide balance to me."
He also acknowledged that without him on the set, Morning Joe is extremely liberal.
So, despite the times Scarborough himself leans left, only a liberal would see Brzezinski as the stronger member of this duo.

offense by a Republican no matter how unrelated. After Scarborough
got up the nerve to decry Obama's insulting remarks about the Supremes, she sarcastically said that Republican candidates make untoward remarks too. Yes, Mika, they do, but that wasn't the subject. I have to admit that it was fun seeing her squirm helplessly throughout the segment. It's clear that Scarborough rarely offers any effective rebuttals to the left wing propaganda any more (maybe he fears for his job); however, as a former Republican, it would be nice if he reduced his constant criticism of Romney. Impugning Romney for being a flip-
flopper while ignoring that Obama consistently straddles both sides of an issue simultaneously is just bad journalism. Don't "reporters" have even a minimum requirement to notice the gap between a president's words and actions? His most duplicitous policies currently involve energy, immigration, Israel, and reducing the debt.

No surprise here. Mika's pop, Z. Brzezinski, has been a mentor of Obama since his Columbia days. He'd better praise her.
And while we're talking about Obama's Columbia days--
Obama alleges he attended Columbia in 1982, 1983. But, there is not a single shred of written documentation for the years 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 that show where Obama appeared on a Columbia University school roster, register, faculty memo, bulletin board, school awards, dean’s list; where Obama’s name appeared in a yearbook, club record, fraternity record, extra curricular activity member roster, student newspaper, student radio or TV activity; where Obama appeared in any records as a worker, employee, laborer in or about Columbia University; where Obama enrolled in any sports activity or program.
Apparently he was just "present" there, at least enough to get Brzezinski's attention.
