South Park: Obama's Made America So Bad Mexicans Are All Going Back Home
Comedy Central's cartoon hit South Park made quite a political statement Wednesday evening.
In an episode called "The Last of the Meheecans," Cartman becomes a border patrol agent only to discover that not only aren't Mexicans trying to cross over into the United States anymore, Obama has made America "so sh-tty" they're all going back home (videos follow with commentary, vulgarity warning):
The story begins with the kids of South Park playing a game to prevent Mexicans from coming over the border, but what they don't know is that things have gotten so bad here, illegal immigrants are all going back to their native lands.
Border patrol agents are shown watching hundreds of people heading south into Mexico as one yells to them "You're going the wrong way."
This leads to a news report with the announcer saying, "Mexicans are realizing it actually is starting to suck more here in the U.S."
Later, a bored border patrol agent complains, "When we asked Obama to stop illegal immigrants, we didn't mean to make the U.S. so sh-tty they wouldn't want to come anymore."
Maybe some of them have joined the Occupy Wall Street movement.
Hmmm.

South Park episodes-how they do them

Has anyone seen that special that they did on how they turn out an episode in 6 days? It was really interesting how they come up with the ideas, and how to make fun of certain things.
Once you watch that, it makes much more sense where this crazy stuff comes from. It was actually very enlightening.

What's really impressive was the turnaround they had on the Election Night 2008 episode, where they were working on it as the results were coming in and recorded their version of Obama's victory speech something like half an hour before it was broadcast.
On the subject tho, it really shouldn't come as any surprise. Parker and Stone are Libertarians who won't hesitate to call BS on anything they think is stupid or nonsensical. It's almost a shame that the show's beginnings were a bit more lowbrow and turned a lot of people off to the concept before it really came into its own.
Look out, here comes Eric holder!

Well I wish entertainers would just entertain us. But if they are going to pick on the right, I'm glad they at least pick on the left too. I would just ask for 'equal time'.
That is just too funny

...and probably a little true, too, as I can actually get my morning coffee at QuikTrip now without feeling like I am holding the line at the Alamo.
Those South Park guys are great.

Solution: Give hundreds of 50 caliber sniper rifles and AK-47s to ultra-violent Mexican drug gangs to make sure it stays even sh-ttier in Mexico.

why i enjoy Southpark? they HATE mainstream hollywood celebrities and pc liberalism. nothing is sacred and they'll poke fun at christianity, mormonism AND islam. nothing is sacred.
liberals tend to despise matt stone and trey parker(the series' creators) for that very reason, you're only supposed to make fun of conservatives. i'd rather have their autographs than alec baldwin's, tim robbins', matt daimon's(sp?), samuel jackson's AND the prez's.
