Helen Thomas: 'Congress, White House, Hollywood and Wall Street Owned by Zionists'
Disgraced former columnist Helen Thomas on Thursday not only stood by the anti-Semitic remarks that got her fired in June but also went a disgusting step further.
Speaking at an anti-Arab bias workshop in Detroit, Thomas told attendees, "Congress, the White House, and Hollywood, Wall Street, are owned by the Zionists" (h/t Detroit Free Press via Yid with Lid):
"I can call a president of the United States anything in the book but I can't touch Israel, which has Jewish-only roads in the West Bank," Thomas said. "No American would tolerate that -- white-only roads." [...]
Thomas claimed that "You can not say anything (critical) about Israel in this country." [...]
"We are owned by propagandists against the Arabs. There's no question about that. Congress, the White House, and Hollywood, Wall Street, are owned by the Zionists. No question in my opinion. They put their money where there mouth is…We're being pushed into a wrong direction in every way."
Thomas went on to malign a man that has worked for five of the last six presidents:
"Obama, he puts in charge for the Arab world a Zionist like Dennis Ross…You don't put a Zionist in charge of the Muslim world in the White House."
Readers are advised that Ross worked in the administrations of former Presidents Carter, Reagan, George H. W. Bush and Clinton prior to his current assignment under Obama.
As Clinton's Middle East envoy, Ross helped broker significant accords between Israelis and Palestinians including the 1995 Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip and the Protocol Concerning the Redeployment in Hebron in 1997. He also facilitated the Israel-Jordan Treaty of Peace and worked on talks between Israel and Syria.
But according to Thomas, he's a Zionist that shouldn't be "in charge of the Muslim world in the White House."
And this anti-Semite was a White House correspondent for almost fifty years.

I get "Access denied" every time I try to get to my inbox the usual way. I have to either get the "new message" notification and click on that, or I have to pull up their bio and click on the "send this user a message" link.
If they would just extend the recent comments to 10 or 15 (I hate clicking on it, because the format gets really hard to follow), and put the Who's Online display back up (without it, it's like being blind in here) I could probably live with the new format.
Well, at least make friends with it, anyway.
-And I still cannot use the "Search" function without locking up, which puts a huge damper on troll hunting, among other things.
At least the tracking feature works.
