Glenn Beck found the words of Van Jones freely available on the internet.  He found it in several forms; print and video.  Glenn Beck only exposed those findings and asked questions regarding their content.

That Van Jones felt enough shame/guilt because the exposure of his own (past and recent) words, thoughts, plans, and policies being offered to the White House (and the public) because they were now being reasonably subjected to a rational and logical scrutiny, it is ONLY Van Jones that caused himself to step out the door.

Typical liberal tactic, though.  David Horowitz, a former Communist, was on Beck last week talking about how the left ALWAYS attempts to blame their opposition for MAKING them behave in a certain way.  Mr Horowitz even mentions you, Arianna, and quickly mentions how no one changes their politics over night - except for you.
