Is Sean Hannity Considering Presidential Run In 2012?

Here's something that'll surely drive liberal media members over the brink: President Sean Hannity.

Sound crazy?

Well, according to World Net Daily, the conservative talk show host would consider a run in 2012 if he's instructed by a higher power to do so (h/t Terri Green):

Talk-show host Sean Hannity, a vocal opponent of Barack Obama's policies, said today he would not rule out a bid for the presidency in 2012.

Egged on by radio colleague Bill Cunningham, Hannity said he would consider entering the front lines of the political fray if God directs him.

"I've never made a decision in my life without – whatever destiny God has you've got to fulfill it," he said. "I'm not sure that's my destiny."

I believe this conversation happened Friday as Hannity was airing his radio show in front of a live audience prior to his Freedom Concert in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Cunningham is an old friend of Hannity's with a syndicated talk show based in Cincinnati. The pair often have wild exchanges when on the air together.

Go get 'em, Sean. Just the idea of this would make liberals in the media apoplectic.

....on a grand scale!

I hope he fails, too.

Yep, the Dems would get all

Yep, the Dems would get all wee-wee'd up

As much as I'd enjoy the

As much as I'd enjoy the hollow sound of liberal heads popping, we actually need to win in 2012.

Listening to Hannity

yesterday, I heard this. Thought is was a hoot.

He is a great talk show host and I enjoy listening to him. But, I think right now, he is right, he needs to stay where he is and be a thorn in the side of liberals.

Warning: Unabashed sucking-up-edness coming full on.

So what is your decision Mr. Sheppard?

We know you are not the big man himself, but you have attained diety-ish status in teh internets.

Please don't strike me down. It was only attempting teh funnies.

Sincerely,

a Veteran of a 1000 psychic wars.

JWF,

I just sent his people an e-mail message. I'll let you know. :-)  ns

Please...

Reagan's casket has a better chance.

I nominate the Great One...Mark Levin.

2010: A GOP Hill

You stealin' from me sir?

100% of JWF voters would vote for Reagan's corpse over Obama.

JWF's ramblings are wholly owned by the The Vet media.

As much as I love the great one

He has no chance of winning, in fact Hannity has a better chance then Levin, but I don't think that says much.

I have only ever made one prayer to God, a very short one: O Lord, make my enemies ridiculous. And God granted it - Voltaire

As The One would say

We can't stay with the status quo.

Palin/Hannity 2012 for the win.

nt

or not

I caught some of Hannity in my car yesterday, and he insisted it wouldn't happen.

Even if it did, it's not like I would vote for him in the primary. He's more partisan than Rush. He makes a big show of being "conservative first" but always uses GOP talking points. And he's way too predictable. I could predict the content of his next show, verbatim, just by following the news.

Candance

Not to be picky but is the GOP organized enough to even have Talking Points?  I mean, instead of that stogy, old elephant logo shouldn't their symbol be a chicken running around with it's head chopped off?

Ba-kawk!!!

;-)

rofl, doktor

I was doing fine until I got to ba-kawk. That needs a spew alert!

No one with as much

No one with as much camera-time (or radio-time) as Sean would stand a chance; there's just too many soundbites out there to be exploited. This is another reason why Huckabee won't be viable again.

NO

The man can't read a telepromter.

His speach pattern is so repeatitous its maddening

His alliegances are trival.

He's trite and no depth.

Just because a clown got elected this is the best Conservatives can do?

He'd have to get a better picture for the pin though.  He kinda looks like he's taking a poop in that one...

Well

I can see the left wing loons running around like a chicken with its head cut off.Screeching the sky is falling over and over.Cool!

The GOP needs someone like

The GOP needs someone like Dr. Ron Paul to lead the party, not Hannity. As much as I enjoy listening to Hannity and Rush, having them run for any kind of office would be a disaster. They are entertainers, plain and simple.

If the GOP listened to Ron Paul from the get-go, we would not have this imperialistic foreign policy and unsustainable debt. We would actually be fiscally responsible and states' rights would be preserved.

Leave it to a Ron Paul follower to muck a light hearted article.

Main Entry: im·pe·ri·al·ism

1 : imperial government, authority, or system
2 : the policy, practice, or advocacy of extending the power and dominion of a nation especially by direct territorial acquisitions or by gaining indirect control over the political or economic life of other areas; broadly : the extension or imposition of power, authority, or influence <union imperialism>

Exactly what power and dominion do we have over any other nation Mr. Heart Heart teh Ron Paul? Afghanistan & Iraq are both sovereign nations with their own duly elected governments. We have signed a Status of Forces Agreement with Iraq restricting what, where and when we are allowed to use our forces there. Afghanistan just had another national election this week.

Do explain to us all what your mean by imperialistic foreign policy Mr. Rain on all the Fun.

Sincerely,

a Veteran of a 1000 psychic wars.

What imperialistic policy?

What imperialistic policy? Why do we spend billions on illegal wars and troop occupations around the world? This is simply fiscally unsustainable.

We should focus on limiting the power of the federal government and returning to a small, isolated nation. Our enemies hate us because of our involvement.

We might as well get out of the UN as well.

I'm a proud Libertarian Republican, but I'm sick of all the RINOs that ruined our party.

Now we have the statists in control of every branch of government (the fact that they can't pass this health care bill is wonderful though). We need real change in 2010. No more RINOs. No more Democrats.

"We should focus on

"We should focus on limiting the power of the federal government and returning to a small, isolated nation."

A small, isolated nation? What states and how many people should we plan on eliminating to acheive that goal?

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

Defence is less than 5% GDP, if we do not stay on top of the

islamofasists it will be about 40%... As in WW-2,jpg

Oh health care is only available if we have a country .

Chinese insterest is bigger than defence spending...

Lots of gov stuff costs more than defence.

The only reason I want a gov is to defend me..

Niagara Falls froze over,jpg

Somebody is just a wee bit disingenuous now ain't somebody?

You were asked to explain your imperialist comment. What do we get. Argumentum Ad Nauseam.

So again. Explain in terms normal humans can understand what you mean by imperialistic foreign policy.

Then explain what you mean by illegal wars. The invasion of Iraq as approved by the 535 members of Congress in the Authorization of Military Force Resolution in Oct 2002. A de facto declaration of war.

And we noticed that wars was plural. What other war and or multiple wars are you referring to?

troop occupations? Are you purposely ignoring me? I said we signed a SOFA. We are now guests in Iraq.

Are you trolling?

One last chance. Back up at least one of your insane rantings. This is a place for rational beings. After you, I will take nwahs lies.

 Sincerely,

a Veteran of a 1000 psychic wars.

Yes I know they approved

Yes I know they approved the war, but it was founded on false pretenses. I'm not some liberal troll. These wars are pointless

By isolated, I mean not interfering in other countries' business. If they want to trade with us, fine, but that's it.

Withdraw from the Middle East and line our borders with tanks. Then we can take our troops away from Germany, Japan, Korea, etc... why do they still have to be there?

This gov't spends too much money it doesn't have.

It's true we're guests in Iraq now, and that is due to the leadership of GWB and the success of the surge (which Obama and his fellow Statists still have not acknowledged.

What am I getting at? We shouldn't be wasting American lives on pointless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. We have more important problems to deal with, such as the impending collapse of the dollar.

You are worse than a troll.

At least a troll knows he is spreading propaganda. You have your head so far up Ron Paul's butt, you don't know which direction is up.

Take your horsepoo elsewhere. Because you are torquing the Vet. Wasting American lives now? Wasting lives? Are you telling me those men and women died for nothing now?  We finally got the left to forget about the wars and give those of us that care some peace. Now we have to deal with the flea named pwoz sucking on the hemorrhoid on Ron Paul's butt?

Screw you. Screw Ron Paul. Screw anyone the even has the bad luck to resemble either one of you.

I can't make threats and I can't curse so I am done with you. Frankly I hope NewsBusters will be too.

Sincerely,

a Veteran of a 1000 psychic wars.

tired of liberal lies So

tired of liberal lies

So killing approx. 40,000 of Bin Laden graduates who graduated along side Atta and the 9-11 hijackers in the training camps that he ran in Afganistan in the 90's and ordered into Iraq from all over the world after the invasion accomplished nothing?  I always will believe that that was the greatest accomplishment of the war,  it scares me to think what would be going on now if Bin Laden hadn't made that huge stratigic mistake.

False Pretenses?

Being in violation of an important UN resolution and harboring previously verifiable weapons of mass destruction is "false pretenses"?  Check out what the Clinton administration thought about it in 1998 which is probably when somebody should have done something about it!

And while it is true that we didn't find any doesn't indicate that Saddam simply didn't hide them somewhere else.  I mean, he had plenty of time to do it since it took 14 months for the liberals in Congress to get off their dead asses and give Bush the authority to go into Iraq.

Let's not get "stuck on stupid" with the old "Bush lied" routine either.

tired of liberal

tired of liberal lies

Isn't that illegal war arguement a little stale?  It's not as if most Democrats voted for war and while they spent months debating Iraq built up its defenses and we lost the access to the northern front? Oh they did, well never mind.

War?

You know, technically war isn't illegal.  There isn't a rule against war.

As for Mr Paul being a republican, I'm laughing here.

Ron Paul is the ONLY

Ron Paul is the ONLY politician who can actually call himself a "Republican".

Ron Paul would

Ron Paul would disagree with that. He would never call himself a "Republican". He is a Libertarian.

Jesus Loves You so much He died for you

It is rumored he is the love child of D. Do-right and Nell Fenwick. Shown here in happier times:

http://upload.wikime...

As a young child, socialized medicine was gripping Canada, and as hope ran out, Dudley and Nell put young Dudley Jr. on a small pony and sent it on the daring mission across the Niagra River.  A young married couple from Franklin Square, NY , Hugh and Lilian Hannity, on their honeymoon, discovered the shivering child dressed in a tattered small Canadian Mountie uniform.
Aside from the uniform, all the boy had was a note.

"Protect from Whiplash"

Determined to raise the young Mountie as their own, Hugh and Lilian returned to Franklin Square with young Dudley Jr, now renamed Sean since he had no identification except the note that said "protect from whiplash." As Dudley Jr grew, so did his precautionary neck braces and desire to see the world rid of frivolous lawsuits.

And here he stands today. An advocate of tort reform, a proponent of whiplash protection, but a Canadian. Is this not the obvious child of Dudley Do-Right? Notice strong chin. Accidental? Notice how well he wears a hat. Accidental? The absence of cheek bones- accidental, I say NO! The evidence is strong and there is no certificate of live birth to dispute it.

Sean Hannity is a Mountie. Worse than that, he's Canadian.

If Barack Obama can be

If Barack Obama can be president then anyone can be president, including Sean Hannity.

But is he even a member of the Republican party?

Thanks Barack! You've done more to promote conservatism than any president since Ronald Reagan (PBUH).

1. Sounds like a publicity

1. Sounds like a publicity stunt.

2. If Republicans elect Hannity, there's no hope for them.

Hannity wouldn't cut it, as he likes to play nice with RINOs.

We have essentially run out of elections to save this country from certain doom. 95% of the American people, and that includes many here at NB, do not seem to grasp just how close to the bottom of the loo we are now swirling as a nation.

I know everybody is dancing in the streets over the fact that so many Americans are speaking out against the pending government takeover of our nation's health care system.

Big f'ing deal.

Where were these people when the congress was voting to take over two of our three largest automakers? Where were these people when they were voting to take over the mortgage industry? Where were these people when they were voting $12 Trillion out the door that we don't even have?

Right now, about the only thing the republicans have going for them is Barack Hussein Obama. I do not believe that that alone will be enough to overcome the corruption the ObamACORNs will be carrying out in the 2010 mid-term election.

What is more, should ObamaCare pass IN ANY FORM, and I think there is a pretty good chance that it will, whatever happens in 2012 will be utterly irrelevant.

America's bread is in the toaster, and the elements are heating up very rapidly.

Dave... Nothing is ever

Nothing is ever irrelevant when it comes to the elections.

I understand full well what you mean about what happens in the meantime as you know I do from posts....but I won't give up hope and always be so down about this country...it's not good for one's health.  ;-)

bt...Agreed...

I'm with you, although I do sympathize with and understand RD's sentiments, and Lord knows I've fallen into a blue funk from time to time about the direction that our country is headed, particularly since Obamessiah was elected. I worry constantly that we are headed down a road that may turn out to be a dead end (or worse, a one-way road to nowhere good), but I also continue to have hope that no matter how grim the situation may seem right now, that things will bounce back and all will turn out to be as it is meant to for this country and our people. I believe that this country is here for a reason, and that it's creation was divinely inspired and guided, and because of that belief, I have faith that all will ultimately turn out for the good.

I agree with you about Dave...He really seems at times to have thrown in the towel, although I do understand why and how he got to this point. And you're right too about it not being good for one's health..that's very true. I have my episodes of being in the dumps concerning the country, but fortunately, I manage to bounce back and find the sunshine through the clouds again, although with the world and the country the way they often are, it isn't always easy...We all just have to hang in there and have faith...It will get better. :)

With All Due Respect

What was a vote for McCain if not a vote for Democrat Lite?  Think about how similar a McCain administration would look to the current one right now and be thankful that the Democrat's proper own this.

Voting for Paul or whom ever you really think is the best choice beats the H__l out of "voting for the lessor of two evils," because the only thing that policy assures is a continuous slide of the political spectrum farther and farther toward "evil."

I don't agree with everything Paul or any other politician says, but at least he actually speaks about the Constitution and promotes more liberties rather than more rules and laws to limit them.

Just my opinion.

I can only take small,

I can only take small, small doses of Hannity. Then again, I can still take him better than our current POTUS...er, TOTUS.

Obama's a Community Agitator, a walking, talking destroyer. ~ Rush Limbaugh

  I can't take Hannity

I can't take Hannity anymore. It's the only time during my workday when my radio is on music instead of talk. I got tired of hearing him say how fat, stupid and ugly he is, so that the women callers will tell him how fit, smart and beautiful he is. He treats his audience like 2nd graders the way he repeats himself over and over and over. I get it the first time. I swear.

Then there is the ending of almost every sentence with etc. etc. or my next favorite would be after most comments feeling the need to add the phrase "so in other words" as though we couldn't grasp it the first time, let me explain it to you again, this way.

The straw that broke the camels back was literally using the word literally, in literally every sentence, literally everyday. I literally became literally ill. A few months ago I told the people in my office we could leave it on his show for 10 literally's. We literally never made it through the first segment. Literally

Courage is not the absence of fear, it's the mastery of it.

'You're a great American'

Literally.

Hope you understand I follow where you're coming from, I can only take his radio show maybe twice a week.

Obama's a Community Agitator, a walking, talking destroyer. ~ Rush Limbaugh

 Tex, You summed up

 Tex,

You summed up almost all that is annoying about Hannity. I think he gets a fact, a word, a description, or a quote stuck in his head and just regurgitates it ad nauseum. He can't condense anything down to a adjective, so he just continously strings things together. Fifty percent of his air time is taken up by his quoting Democrat descriptions of the town hall protesters ("mobsters, "un-American", "evil mongers", "nazis", "Tim McVeys" and on and on and on) and then his description of them ("little old ladies", "veterans", "fathers with sons in wheelchairs" until I want to scream "We know who they are, you don't have to tell us every five freakin' minutes!").

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

Chris...You're a Great

Chris...You're a Great American.  (hehehe)

While we're at it...I can't take the same repetitious caller types he take everyday...and dang sick of hearing people more than be obvious when they do call about wanting a ticket to the Freedom Concerts.

The free flower thing gets old as well.

There...I feel better.

Obama's a Community Agitator, a walking, talking destroyer. ~ Rush Limbaugh

bt,"Great American" -

bt,

"Great American" - aaaaargh! :)

Yeah, I've noticed those women callers (on Rush too) that are so obviously flirting with them it's not even sly. I guess I feel like Hannity's heart is in the right place, but he's gotta show some growth in his style. His ham-handedness gets tiresome and he's getting too old for his "boy scout" schtick.

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

whats up bt?

You're a great American! I can just tell by the way you type that you're a very smart woman. Your children better be good to you because you're a gem! Oh by the way, did you attend a freedom concert yet????

Ditto, Chris. And frankly,

Ditto, Chris. And frankly, the idea of Hannity running for the Presidency is pretty far-fetched. And anyone who might be encouraging him to do so is simply stroking his ego. I like Hannity. But as others have said, he tends to be repetitious and talks in sound bites instead of completing full thoughts. I think he has the right ideas (no pun intended). But it's like he tries to hard to have the last word.

"The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out
of other people's money."

—Margaret Thatcher

QM,

QM,

I get a kind of kick when he tries to cram all of his lists into a sentence. He starts shortening the words: "un-amerevilmonnazi, TimMc- people". It's really a wonder to hear him fit them all in. If i hear him say, just one more time, "Obama promised the unemployement rate wouldn't go over eight percent if Congress passed the stimulus and now it's at nine and a half percent" - I mean, he's right, of course, but he's been using that piece of evidence at least two or three times an hour for months now, to anyone he talks to. It's like he's so proud of himself for coming up with it, he wants to show it off.

Where Rush can be sly and sardonic, Hannity is about as subtle as the Hindenberg crash. He's just too much a talking point party man and doesn't seem to have any depth of intellect. Well, he might, but if so, he's shoved it aside to engage in the partisan battle of talking ponts and bumperstickerisms.

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

If there's anything that would make the lib MSM...

reach critical mass, it would be a Sean Hannity run for president. The sight of lib heads exploding would be seen everywhere, and as much as I would love to witness that, I do hope Sean isn't serious. I think he's great on tv and the radio, and I watch and listen to him a great deal, but a presidential run just isn't for him.

"The problem is not that people are taxed too little...the problem is that government spends too much." ~President Ronald Reagan

  Chris let's not froget

Chris let's not froget the 20% of the show telling you who's coming up in the next hour and what's going to be on TV that night, which in a lot of cases is the same guests he had on his show.

All that being said. I have to give the man props for what he does with the freedom concerts. He definitely walk the walk in that regard, and does it with absolutely no rcogonition in the MSM for his efforts, The silence is deafening. If some libera, hollywood jackass was doing what Sean does with these concerts it would lead all 3 networks the night of each concert with a running tally of how much money was raised and how many scholarships were awarded. I know he doesn't do it for the publicity, but bringing awareness to the cause may generate more contributions to the cause.

So Sean Hannity even though I can hardly stand to listen to you anymore, You are truely a GREAT American!!!

Courage is not the absence of fear, it's the mastery of it.

tex, Absolutely. I give

tex,

Absolutely. I give Hannity a lot of respect for his good deeds. And while I share his philosophy and agree with almost all of his points, I just don't care for the style in which he expresses them (and re-expresses them, and re-expresses them...). It's not like that makes him a bad person in my view, I just prefer others over him - like Rush or Laura Ingraham.

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

Great ANOTHER looser republican.

As a conservative myself, even I have a few problems with Hannity.

He's mostly harmless enough but, lets face it....the guy is as dumb as a bag of rocks.

This makes him usually just a parrot of other peoples ideas, which makes him good at pushing the 'party line' but he has ZERO intellegent ideas on his own.

I don't think he ever has any original thoughts, just usually cheerleading the republican team cheers.

I have also noticed that he is very easy for someone to manipulate because he is easily swayed by people who DO have original thoughts and tends to quickly say "yeah yeah right" to whaever someone else says who is in a position of power on the right.

No thanks, I wan't a president with a slightly larger mental ability to think on his/her own.

Am I the only one that watches Hannity.

He is on our side remember?

First of all, the Presidential run thing is a joke. He has been asked that 20 times by close people over the years.

Second, he was hammering, hammering on Obama during the campaign. Wright, Ayers, ACORN, Frank whatever the socialist, the lack of experience, the gaffes, his wife with the big mouth finally being proud of America.

He was one of the few people that seriously got under President Obama's skin. He mentioned him by name on more that one occasion. And has done so since the election I believe. Only Rush has received that treatment.

Third, he is one of the few people that can drag the Great One out of the Bunker.

Talk about the blue dogs and the lefty doggy dogs (whatever) starting to infight on the Democrat side. How are we ever going to close up ranks when we are busy hammering on guys that are on our side?

Sincerely,

a Veteran of a 1000 psychic wars.

JWF... A little honest

JWF...

A little honest critique doesn't hurt for us to voice here ya know.

We aren't hammering him, if he ever did run, I bet most here would vote for him...depending on who on the right side was in the race with him in the primaries of course.

Obama's a Community Agitator, a walking, talking destroyer. ~ Rush Limbaugh

JWF,As I said, his

JWF,

As I said, his heart's in the right place, I just don't care for his style. I'm not calling on him to be banned or anything. And I hardly think the Dems are going to win in 2010 because a few of us here don't care that much for Hannity's shows. I was a conservative way before Hannity (or even Rush) appeared on the scene.

The "Mainstream" Media: By liberals. For liberals.

JWF...Exactly...

I have thought the same thing, more than once about Sean. While I may take issue with his delivery from time to time, and I don't always agree with him on everything, substantively, we are usually of like minds. As you said, Hannity was one of the few voices in the media that kept hammering away at the myriad of issues and concerns about Obama (Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, his voting record, ACORN, etc., etc.) during the campaign and after his election. He never gave up, and issue after issue, many of his concerns and objections about Obama are being vindicated.

"The problem is not that people are taxed too little...the problem is that government spends too much." ~President Ronald Reagan

Sorry guys. You are correct.

I swung the pendulum back too far. I was torqued about the paultard sliming around here. The one good thing about President Obama is the fact that the left finally shut up about the war. We can finally get a good night's sleep. But no, the paultards have picked the worst of the left's lies about the war and carry on the fight.

The paultard torqued me and then I saw one too many dismissals of Hannity and I snapped. I is ok now.

 JWF just because I agree

JWF just because I agree with someone idealogically doesn't mean I have to blow them sloppy wet kisses. I don't think we'll lose anymore seats in the senate or in congress if we play kick Sean Hannity for a day. He's not really that important in the whole scheme of things.

We're just offering him some constructive criticism to make his show a little more pallatable.

Courage is not the absence of fear, it's the mastery of it.

 "I could predict the

"I could predict the content of his next show, verbatim, just by following the news."

I could predict the content of his next show even without following the news, he`s that much of a broken record.

Oh for crying out loud,

Oh for crying out loud, there is no way Hannity would run for POTUS, he makes too much money doing what he does now! I am laughing my head off!

I think Hannity was

talking about running for office. NOT the highest office in the land!

Maybe the Senate but not President.

I heard him say what he said and I never thought he was speaking of running for president.

On Hannity's 'repetitiveness':

Maybe, just maybe, if you repeat the truth often enough, people will start to believe it.

And I think most of us will agree that Sean Hannity is a good man, though nowadays it seems that's not much of a qualification. But, I'm pretty sure Hannity -with his Vast Right Wing Conglomerate- has more executive experience than Obama had before he won the presidency. Anyway, I hope he runs. If anything, Hannity can drive the debate(s).

By the way, Sean:

Please no. We don't need

Please no. We don't need this.

I doubt it

I doubt he would do it but even if he did I dont think he would get close to the nomination.  Yes hes a fairly bright guy and has a big audience,  but he has no political experience,  I dont think he has any executive experience either,  running a fruit stand, mayor, etc.

Lets be realistic,  Romney will probably get the nomination and trounce Obama,  Mormon and all.

As much as I like Hannity

As much as I like Hannity (as much as anyone can via cable) he won't get my primary vote if he does run.

One of the 34% who thinks George W. Bush was a great President. One of the 86% who wants to bring back the stock and pillory.

RR... Just out of

RR...

Just out of curiosity...why not?

I'm serious...I'd like to know your reasons of what you think he wouldn't he wouldn't be standing for on the conservative side of the aisle in congress.

I may have to check back tomorrow to see what you posted, I really am curious.

Thanks.

I'd vote for Sean

It would make a very intertaining election, and I think he would make a great President

Sorry Sean, that would be a

Sorry Sean, that would be a NO. Stick with what you do well. Being President is more than reading a teleprompter, it requires leadership. One should not go beyond their abilities, I don't believe in rising to the highest level of incompetence which is where the current demagogue is serving the country poorly.

Good thing you slept before making that post.  It would certanily be a travesty if all you came in here with was a predictable retort.

LYDSEXICS UNTIE!

Hannity for Prez??

We could do a lot worse....  We already  have, look what we have in office now!  Proof of why the mascot for the democrats is a jackass....

The News From WND Is No Different From The News From Daily KOS..

Sure, Hannity is a good radio and TV personality, but when it comes to actual intellectual commentary, you might as well put him in the same pig-pen as Keith Olbermann. You see, WorldNutDaily (a term that conservative talkshow host Michael Medved uses, just so you know) is as disingenuous in reporting the news as, say, the Daily KOS or Huffington Post. Their main purpose is to get a lot of money by making a lot of commentary in columns, but particularly, they pass off commentary as news. After all, where else do you think the Obama birth certificate "non-troversey" came from? I've been reading WorldNutDaily's headlines for the last year, and that's where I first read about birth cirtificate nonsense. Say what you will about the liberals, but at least any nontroversey coming from the fact that John McCain was born on an American naval base in the Panama Canal was minimal. And it was made minimal by the liberals because they wanted to win the election. Making a fuss about John McCain's birth certificate would have guarenteed them total failure at recapturing the White House.

If the story had been reported by a refutable source like Fox News or Wall Street Journal, and CNN or the Washington Post, there would be serious speculation. But when you get your news from either Kossacks or birthers, it's seriously suspect.

Thanks for pointing out that CNN and WaPo are refutable sources.

Not to be confused with the reputable WSJ and FNC.

Your mom read the WorldNet Daily in prison.

She showed us the birther article. We laughed, rolled up the newspaper, then popped her on the nose with it because she peed on the floor.
