suits, two of which were civil rights lawsuits that came out in his
favor?

Let's flip this matter around -- would we be having this discussion
at all if Frank Ricci were Frank Richards, a black firefighter who was
denied a job due to dyslexia and then denied a promotion because not
enough whites passed the promotion test?

For that matter, would Sonia Sotomayor have ruled against Frank
Richards in the same perfunctory manner she did against Frank Ricci?

Would liberal groups be attacking him if she had -- or would they be attacking Sotomayor as insensitive on civil rights?

Of course, anyone with an ounce of sense knows the answers to these
questions -- which shows how blatant the hypocrisy and racism of the
liberals really is.

I thought the marxists were in favor of the ADA, but if a white files a suit all of a sudden it isn't applicable? What's up with that? Also, Ricci isn't the only defendant. Has the white guilt media which protected/help elect BO notice that? Aren't their claims equally as valid?  Can't these ass****s ever discuss anything without personal attack?

I can't decide whether to be terrified or thrilled that these clowns have used such an obvious tactic.

Leading the "journalists" around by the nose used to be done quietly and somewhat tactfully. The brashness of simply sending mass emails out instructing the media on how to proceed could be seen as the liberals understanding that everyone "knows" what to do. Or it could be a sign of desperation - against media who is suddenly not following "the rules".

I hope, for all of our sakes, that it is the second option.

Just look at the picture above that accompanies the article. You can tell just looking at it that Sotomayor is a very arrogant person. I doubt that she has any tolerance for the laws of this country.
