Are you familiar with the Geico commercials wherein someone is startled to see a stack of money staring at them, and the other person in the room says, "That's the money you'd have saved if you switched to Geico?" ns

Oh yeah....guess I just didn't make the immediate connection....or maybe not pay that much attention to them.
As long as others find it funny and get it ....that's all that really counts.

June 20, 2009 - 19:26 ET by Anniee451Whatever you do, DO subscribe to this guy's youtube channel - and watch all his other videos "How the World Works" (his weekly news address) and the critique of "The Story of Stuff" which is more popular than the indoctrination film itself.
This guy is a rising star and I'm glad to see him get recognition here, especially if it leads people to go watch all his other videos and follow him. He's a brilliant and effective young man, one to watch out for for sure!

June 20, 2009 - 21:35 ET by CortillaenFor comics, I suggest Day-By-Day (cheesecakey a lot, but still one of the best conservative comics), Michael Ramirez's cartoons with the Investor's Business Daily, Red Planet Cartoons (updates rather infrequently, but good stuff), and The Gentleman From Lickskillet (described as Doonesbury on the right; thankfully it's better than that). There's also Camp Calomine (with a fairly large archive to read through), though it's not truly a political strip.

Widow of Obama's fly-a-cide victim demands apology
June 21, 2009 - 09:34 ET by nkviking75A recent post by Iowahawk has the widow of the fly Obama killed on CNBC bemoaning her fate. Hysterical stuff as usual with Iowahawk. (Warning: One potentially offensive word appears several times.)
