Coulter: Hillary and SNL Right About Media Being In The Tank For Obama

Unless you've been asleep or out of the country for a month, you're well aware of claims by Hillary Clinton and NBC's "Saturday Night Live" that media are totally in the tank for Barack Obama.

On Wednesday, conservative author Ann Coulter was Steve Malzberg's guest on WOR radio, and she couldn't agree more with this assertion about the mainstream media's love affair with the junior senator from Illinois.

After Malzberg mentioned Michelle Obama's recent despicable comments about our country published in The New Yorker magazine and reported by NewsBusters Wednesday, he asked his guest what impact Mrs. Obama might have on the election. Coulter responded (seven-minute audio available here):

Well, I think huge. In fact, though we do have the MSM covering for, for, for the Democrats generally, but much more for Obama. ...Yes, the MSM is definitely in Obama's camp. Hillary was right. Hillary and "Saturday Night Live" were right about that.

Interesting historical moment when Ann Coulter agrees with something a Clinton said, dontcha think?

But I digress, for seconds later, Malzberg mentioned how NBC's Tim Russert during last week's debate between Clinton and Obama didn't press the junior senator from Illinois far enough concerning statements made by Rev. Jeremiah Wright with regard to 9/11. Coulter responded:

And not only that, he kept talking too long, and, you know, basically ended with, with, a mealy-mouthed little question rather than just quoting and asking B. Hussein Obama to respond. It's just another example of how the media, you know, even when they're pretending to raise tough questions give the answer to B. Hussein Obama while asking if he needs an extra pillow.

I too was very frustrated, let alone angry with Russert for going on and on with the question/answer to Obama about Rev. Wright and such...I have been wanting more investigation and quetions from the msm to Obama about all of this, after all he has been a member for over twenty years with this church...seems to me there is a lot to dig into that the public deserves answers to, from 9-11 and his reverse racism to Farrakhan ect.

I also liked how Malzberg brought up Rolling Stone and Matt Taibbi (sp) calling her a skanky b#tch...like Ann said when are they going to call anyone from the leftist side these words....

Last not least I am glad when brought up McCain's Campaign Finance Reform bill, like she said all it has done is enable the msm more power and the ability to pick our sides candidate...on and on it goes...

Loved the straight talk from Ann...especially regarding Michelle O. she is proving to be a huge albatross for her man.

I can't wait until it is decided who the Democrat nominee is. Then, they will have to go on Fox News possibly for debate where they will get asked tough questions that the MSM won't ask. However, I am still not so sure because a couple of mornings ago on Fox and Friends, Karl Rove was talking about the issue of Obama and his "connections" and how he needs to answer tough questions. Well, right after then B. Hussein Obama was interviewed by Steve Doocy (sp?) and the blonde woman anchor and neither asked him any tough questions. They had a golden opportunity and did not take it. Why are the media so afraid of him? I would love to see Obama get trapped in a room with Sean Hannity of Rush Limbaugh with a camera rolling. Obama wouldn't know what hit him.

Seems Michelle's compensation soared from $120K/yr to over $300K/yr upon Barack's election to the US Senate. Hum? I wonder why her bosses at that Chicago hospital did that? so could someone find out if there were any large charitable donations made to the hospital before or shortly after the salary increase? wasnt there something else fishy about a property that was sold to them for a fraction of what was just paid for it by a nice neighbor?
