Remember when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Cal.) traveled to Germany to discuss global warming with Chancellor Angela Merkel and was hysterically greeted with a late-season snowstorm that rocked Europe?
Well, as the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change met in Valencia, Spain, last week to contemplate the supposedly catastrophic warming of the planet, Switzerland to the east received the most snow for this early in the season since 1952.
You really can't make this stuff up.
As hysterically reported by Fast Track Ski News Thursday (emphasis added):
Swiss ski resorts are expecting a record season after promising early snowfall, it has been reported.
Ski break spots including Davos, St Antonien and Braunwald have experienced exceptionally strong snowfall for so early in the season, swissinfo has reported.
Last weekend, some 62 cm of the white stuff fell in the eastern resort of Davos, while St Antonien received 64 cm and Braunwald got 72 cm of snow on Sunday, states national weather service MeteoSwiss.
According to the report, Switzerland has not received such a strong start to its winter ski season since 1952, with the amount of snow being swept to the southern areas by the wind cited as a particularly interesting feature of the weather.

Therefore, using the AGW "Twue Beweever" logic, you can explain away the snows in Switzerland as unimportant to AGW because that is weather and the concern is for the climate.

Since records began more than a century ago, only two days had colder lows in November. It was in 1914 (1.6) and 1917 (2.4). And ninety years ago the urban heat island effect was much less pronounced than nowadays. In Brazil's southernmost province Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil temperatures fell to 2.3C. In Sao Joaquim Monday's (Nov., 12) the temperature was -1.2 C with frost.

Why am I not surprised. Cold snaps prove nothing, but forest fires started by arsonists and sparking powerlines is proof positive that global warming exists. Is that about right?
Meanwhile, South Americans can't wait for the global warming to begin. Probably just another coincidence though, as everyone knows global warming is occuring everywhere....except for where it isn't. But we can't talk about those regions. Besides, once Al Gore, Laurie David and other big names in the global warming community get around to it, the data representing these areas will be...re-evaluated, and will surely show that these areas are actually experiencing record HIGH temperatures, and little or no snow at all.

The IPCC 4AR does not have thousands of scientists working for it. The only thing it has working for it in the thousands are politicians. There were only about 600 contributing scientists to IPCC 4AR. Try looking in the 4AR annex covering contributors. It is plain as day.
