SHANNON BREAM, SUBSTITUTE HOST: And today he’s dealing with another PR issue in that the Cleveland Clinic which he had highlighted, and Mike Tobin reported, on now openly saying we’re doing these massive cutbacks because of what’s coming from the law.
CHARLES KRAUTHAMMER: I mean, this is so ironic. We’re in a healthcare system where anybody who’s been in it knows that we’re short of doctors and nurses and skilled researchers. So what we’re getting from ObamaCare is a cutting of staff at one of the elite institutions in the country, the Cleveland Clinic. And where are we increasing the hiring? In the IRS.
