Conservative Comic Joe Piscopo Brings the Laughs at 2015 MRC Gala: The Funnies

October 11th, 2015 11:26 PM

Conservative comedian and radio talk show host Joe Piscopo brought the laughter to Thursday night’s 2015 Media Research Center Gala and DisHonors Awards. While the rest of the dinner hammered the liberal media, “The Funnies” category was a compilation of the year’s most humorous clips, as complied by the MRC.

The video begins with an introduction by MRC President Brent Bozell leading into remarks and some jokes from Piscopo. To skip ahead to the funny clips, go to the 7:30 mark. Stick around for a video of the funniest interpretation of a Taylor Swift song you’ve ever seen.

In a serious moment before playing the funny clips, Piscopo told the crowd: “I’m such a proud American and it’s so vital what we do and what we can change for 2016. You have it in your power.... We can make a difference and we will make a difference.”

Piscopo can be heard on the radio in New York at AM 970
