Mark Levin is American media's most knowledgeable, passionate proponent of constitutional conservatism. No wonder Chris Matthews hates him.
On his MSNBC show this evening, Matthews slurred Levin as "one of the most distasteful human beings out there." Matthews' attack came in the context of commenting on the defense that Levin and Rush Limbaugh have mounted against Donald Trump's claim that Ted Cruz is "nasty."
Note: As I've noted before, liberals have a habit of mispronouncing Rush's last name as Lim-bow. Ignorance, or intentional insult? In the clip, you'll hear Matthews do it the third time he mentions Rush.
CHRIS MATTHEWS: There's something strange about Cruz. Has Trump got to him with this "nasty" comment that now Rush Limbaugh is now defending him. Imagine having Rush Limbaugh saying oh, no, he's not nasty, this is Rush Limbaugh as your character witness.
