Bozell on Hannity's 'Media Mash': NBC 'Apology' for 911 Call Editing Is 'Unacceptable' and Evasive
NBC's "apology" for their selective editing of the Zimmerman 911 call was "two whole sentences of nothing," complained NewsBusters publisher Brent Bozell on the April 5 edition of Fox News Channel's Hannity. The network claimed it was a simple "error in the editing process." "This was no error, this was no mistake, this was deliberately done," Bozell protested during the programs "Media Mash" segment
What's more, NBC "never told its viewers," instead simply putting out a press release, Bozell noted. "How about doing it on the air, maybe just, you know, say, whoops, we were wrong," Hannity agreed. [see video below page break]

Of course it was intentional.

You do not just cut a dialogue into pieces and then reassemble it with the middle missing by accident.
It was a deliberate attempt to gin up racial animosity.
None of these people would have any problem if Zimmerman turned up dead.
They figured "Hey...the guy is guilty anyway so who cares if he get's what he deserves.."
They want to see this guy dragged through the streets like Moamar Quadaffi.
Does anyone remember the "Rats" ad put out by the GOP...?

Well to make a long story short I clearly remember all the pundits saying there is no way that was an accident or an oversight.
They were pretty mad about it an even demanded an FCC investigation.
Their retractions and corrections are lies.

Even when correcting their lies, they tell more lies. When you edit, you make conscious choices. I might believe it was inadvertent if the producer clipped it right in the middle of a word. But, someone clipped it at the end of one sentence, and then picked it up again just before the sentence, "He looks black." Please.
Why isn't anyone holding ABC News responsible???????

What ABC News is trying to get away with makes NBC seem fair and objective. They intentionally hid Zimmerman's injuries.
Four days ago, they aired a segment in which they claimed the original footage of the police surveillance video was enhanced, revealing "possible" injuries to the back of George Zimmerman's head. However, ABC News was not truthful when they reported that the first video was the original footage.
In fact, the first footage that ABC News aired was a crappy copy made by recording the video as it played on a screen/monitor. The camera used was human-held as is evident by the tell-tale wobbling picture. Furthermore, several seconds into the first footage aired by ABC News, the camera operator actually pans the camera to center the picture because the edge of the screen/monitor is visible in the shot. This is the first video, see for yourself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mmMSaVYAcRQ
However, this so-called "enhanced" video shows footage that is perfectly steady and has a visible date/time stamp – which is consistent with a permanently mounted security camera. This "enhanced" version appears to be the original footage, or a slightly tweaked version of the original to cover ABC News' lies. They reported the screen recorded copy was used to produce the "enhanced" copy, which is not only false, but impossible. They entire tale was made up whole cloth. Watch this infuriating segment on Good Morning America: http://gma.yahoo.com/video/news-26797925/george-zimmerman-enhanced-video...
THIS is why the quality of the first video they released was so bad – it was intentionally bad. Why didn't ABC News air the original video footage from the start; or report that the footage initially aired was actually recorded from a screen/monitor and therefore, the quality was significantly compromised? Whoever operated the camera to record the first version released, had to have seen a much clearer picture than the public was shown.
ABC News withheld the original footage and played what looks to be a sick joke, instead. They aired a poor quality screen-recorded copy captured by someone physically holding a camera, presented it as the original footage, and then reported that the security video did not show any injuries – which contradicted George Zimmerman's claims. ABC News intentionally obfuscated Zimmerman's wounds and then acted like they broke some scoop after they realized the genuine footage would eventually come out should Zimmerman be charged with a crime. And they had the wherewithal to pretend like they did some honest reporting and went out of their way to have the video enhanced to find the truth. THEY PATTED THEMSELVES ON THE BACK YET THEY FLAT-OUT LIED.
It's unacceptable that no media watchdog has called them out on this awful lie.
I believe things are rapidly

I believe things are rapidly approaching a point where a successful multi-million dollar lawsuit against the MSM will be required to get them back in line. Perhaps even criminal charges.
It just makes my blood boil...

You're right. It's criminally fraudulent, several media outlets are complicit with their distortions, too. This should qualify as racketeering with all the evidence and witness tampering. I cannot stand knowing that ABC News is going to get away with this, but they will.
The fact that they went to such elaborate lengths to cover what they did and ended up acting like they went to great lengths to report the truth makes me want to vomit.
How many people/voters are still living in the dark? It's been

at least sixteen years since we had to rely solely on the mainstream liberal networks and newspapers for our news and information. We were unaware then that we were being fed agenda-driven news by liberal editors and news commentators. Who knew that the respected Walter Leland Cronkite was a agenda-driven liberal?
Alternative websites didn't come into existence until the late 90's. Fox News was launched in 1996. NewsBusters was launched in 2005. Today we have access to a plethora of facts, unbiased news and information.
But there are millions of people/voters who continue to obtain their news (propaganda) from the mainstream liberal networks and newspapers (and Jon Stewart). They don't watch Fox News, and they don't visit websites such as MRC and NewsBusters. They are uninformed, misinformed and still living in the dark.
