Open Thread: Occupy Wall Street Arrest Scam Revealed
It comes as no surprise that Occupy Wall Street protesters continue to be arrested due to their disruptive and violent behavior, but according to a new video released by EAGtv, it seems as though being paid to protest is not the only Occupy Wall Street scam. The video captures protestors pre-arranging who in the crowd is going to be arrested so cameras can catch the most dramatic footage of the scene.

According to Townhall, the video was filmed at a Chicago protest as the Chicago Teachers Union was finalizing plans for who would be arrested. As Kyle Olson explains:
The intent is clear: Overwhelm the system. Occupy the police.Provoke confrontation. Produce beautiful footage for naïve local TV
rubesreporters. Clog the courts. Gain sympathy from citizens.But it’s all just a game. And the media is continuing to fall for the ruse.
As more fringe elements continue to emerge in the #OccupyWallStreet movement (the Nazis and Communists recently declared their support), these types of staged activities will continue. But as their actions continue and there is inaction on the part of President Obama and the Congress, look for things to take a turn for the worse.

Where are all the snipers when you need them? That would solve the "organizer" problem, and let's face it, this crowd of polecats couldn't find the ground if they jumped off a building.
I say that we should take all the wealth of the country and "redistribute" it to everyone equally. That means that the government doesn't get ANY of it.
In about two years the same people who have money now will have most of it back again. I mean I've seen a strip of bars and "feline" houses strip the entire payroll of a fleet in a couple of days! It's all a matter of choice. Some people choose to make money, while some people choose to make the most of what they have in their pocket at any given moment, then they can start whining again about how unfair the world treats them.
I suggest again, get the old movie, Dr. Zhivago, and watch it to see what our future has in store. It also is a great study of how just a few "organizers" can move a crowd of morons to do anything they want them to. You have to put up with a sappy love story, but it is a pretty good depiction of the Bolshevik Revolution. Besides Julie Christie was hot!
All protests are carefully planned and orchestrated events.

In the middle east, the only time you see protesters chanting or moving is when the video cameras are on. Nothing about these things is spontaneous.

They started free-lancing last week with the guy who pretended to have his legs crushed by the police scooter.
Now they are getting serious and organized about it.
I still say by supporting this movement, Obama is going to end up hoist on his own petard.

Dismiss the Charges, or we Occupy the Courts
Lawyers representing about 800 Occupy Wall Street protesters arrested in the past month demand that prosecutors drop the charges.
If not, they say they won't deal and will insist on going to trial - putting pressure on the already overloaded Manhattan criminal courts.
"I'd like to suggest to the DA's office the appropriate way to deal with these cases is outright dismissal," said defense lawyer Martin Stolar.
"The leverage is, we take them all to trial."
Let the perps wait it out at Rikers, roomed with real criminals.

I think you are on to something there actually. Attorneys are bound by code of ethics servicing the courts. Here they clearly state there intent to do harm vs. do the reasonable job they are licensed to do. Let them do it & then revoke every license who participated. Then they will be out on the street! LOVE IT!

While privately the actions of these lawyers would probably be applauded by their fellows in the legal profession, these people owe their livelihood to a profession which at least pretends to mete out justice at a price. Public actions such as this move to blackmail the justice system removes the thin veil from their system of crony deals and back-scratching that it could expedite the public opinion down their already well traveled road of 'the only justice is the justice you make for yourself'. As a nation of laws - this would signify a change in paradigm for our nation.

So why should we be surprised that they are orchestrating arrests? They have the support of most unions, but does the police union also support them? How could that be if they are trying to make the police look bad?

Last Saturday, I went down to the Occupy Wall Street in New York City. I saw Che Guevara banners, I saw a hammer/sickle emblem. Somebody was waving a Canadian flag. And then the police told me to keep moving as the sidewalk couldn't be blocked!
There are only two types of people at this rally. Young kids (trust fund babies by my estimate) and old hippies. I didn't see anyone who I thought was middle class with a job and/or family.
