Hopefully the Saints have got all of the mistakes and dropped balls out of the way. Geez between the Tigers and Saints, I will be insane in no time. 17-6 Panthers
Before moving on to the pros I want to mention something that Lou Holtz said last night. He stated that ND was the better team yesterday against Navy. This guy has become so full of crap he is stinking up my TV. I assumed he has been drinking the liberal kool-aid to make a statement like this. If you lose you are the winner. When he made the galactically stupid comment I turned the TV. I didn’t hear Mark Maye’s comeback.
I’ve got news for Mike Slive, SEC commissioner. Your officials suck! Fine me. I must admit some of the ACC officiating yesterday was not a lot better.
Fox pre-game is broadcasting from Afghanistan. The son in law told my daughter not to look for him because he had to work. I’ll put in on the DVR just in case he gets a chance to be seen.
Panthers to lose by 35 points. Delhomme throws 4 interception and losses a fumble
No games really stick out today except Cowboys and the Eagles. Tomorrow night looks good with the Steelers-Broncos.
Are the Colts toast? They lost Bob Saunders and 2 other defensive backs. They were not real strong there before but you know this has got to hurt.
Well at least there is a good race on from Texas. I love the 1-1/2 tracks the best. This should be good. Jimmie Johnson can pretty much wrap up the title today with a win.

I saw several holdings against Bama that were not called. When you pull the jersey out of a players pants that is holding. The SEC has got to do something before the championship game. I wouldn't suggest getting ACC officials. They ain't a lot better. They might just as well do away with the replay. They can't even get that right.
I am going to turn the channel from now on when Lou Hotlz speaks. He was still in the mind set that ND would get a BCS game. By the way that was the first time that Navy beat ND in South Bend twice in a row since Roger Staubach was at Navy. There was no moral victory in the loss to Navy. They flat got their asses handed to them. I'd say GO NAVY but that would betray my boys.

my oldest is a Marine, 2/3 Marines, just got back from Afghanistan. I thought Fox's pre-game was great, just to let the troops know that one of the networks cares. And tonight, we'll get Olberdork. well no, I never watch NBC's pre-game or half time shows.
I always thought that wrassling was fake. So is NASCAR. All Jimmie Johnson had to do was finish 8th or better in the last 3 races and he'd win his 4th championship in a row. Well NASCAR can't have the chase for the Sprint Cup ending today so they send a has been IRL driver out to wreck Jimmie Johnson. This will tighten things up.
OK who is the worst, NASCAR officials or SEC officials? They should park Hornish's ass for the next 2 races. That will a least take one more non driving idiot off the track. I am not a big fan of Hendrick Motor Sports but JJ had a chance to make racing history-4 championships in a row.
Thanks to the folks at Texas Motor Speedway for the pre-race festivities. Great tribute to those that were killed and wounded at Fort Hood. That was cool delivering the pace car in a Shinook.

As to the Giants and Chargers game, that would be a hard one for me to pick as I love both...guess I'll go with Rivers today...either way, missing it makes me mad.
Btw...pulling for Seahawks as well...then again, they always seem to mess up.

they just came out and jumped Alabama over Texas. What? the computers actually ranked Texas 5 below TCU and Cinncinati. What? Yes, I'm a biased Longhorn and will be till Gabriel blows his horn, but even objectively.....that is ridiculous. Did the computers know that Alabama clinched the SEC? Florida looked flat too by the way. We looked super. Central Florida is not a bad team.
It doesn't matter. Texas will play the winner of the Florida/Alabama SEC title game for the nat'l championship. It WILL happen.
The Horns got shafted last year. I can't believe this. TCU and Cincy have not played any where the competion the Horns have. Wonder if the loss by OU to Nebraska had anything to do with it?
