The Media Research Center's Director of Communications and NewsBusters.org Contributing Editor Seton Motley appeared this morning on the Fox News Channel's Fox & Friends to discuss the media's ongoing silence about the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, better known by it's acronym, ACORN.
Seton asserts that the media has remained steadfastly silent about ACORN due to the group's extensive and extended connections with Sen. Obama, and have done so so as not to damage Sen. Obama's chances in this year's Presidential election.
Seton discusses how ACORN has been in the past convicted of voter registration fraud in six states and is currently under investigation for either registration fraud or misuse of funds in fourteen. He points out that they have routinely registered to vote dead and underage people, and fictitious personages with names like "Jive Turkey," "Mary Poppins" and "Dick Tracey". He mentions that in 2006 in Washington state, ACORN turned in 1,800 registrations of which six were valid.
Seton addresses the long relationship Illinois Senator Barack Obama has had with ACORN, first as an attorney for the organization than for years as a trainer of their voter registration activists. As Chairman of the Board for Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers's Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC), Sen. Obama directed large sums of CAC money to ACORN.
Seton concludes by pointing out that on the particular fraudulent voter registration card in question, the proper header is "Turkey, Jive."

They are bring bums from IL up here to register to vote in order to have an Obama win and its wrong and the media needs to tie this horrible excuse for a government program to Obama. He taught them how to cheat and it needs to be addressed!

You would think with all the evidence that ACORN has violated voter laws in so many locations, they would be prohibited from registration or political activities. A free speech argument is weak as they are attempting to violate the free speech of Americans with fraudulent ballots.
I believe it's illegal for felons to possess a gun; considering their history, it should be illegal for ACORN to participate in voter registration activities.

What did stealth Marxist and ACORN field trainer teach his marxist minions? Did he teach them to threaten lenders to do more CRA loans, risky, illegal or fraudulent? Did he teach them how to overwhelm even"friendly" voter registrars with overwhelming numbers of submissions? I sure would like to see what was in his class curriculum. Was there a course in circumventing election laws, federal housing regulations, on how to solicit government agencies, like Freddie/Fannie for financial support? Perhaps Obama can explain all of this the same time he discusses the impact of black liberation theology and its racial anger and Marxist social and economic worldview.

Fox is the only network that has been covering this outrageous scandal...people need to be in jail, this group needs to be disbanded, tax-payers have been funding this for years, people like Obama have a vested interest in keeping this alive and thriving, as it is one of the dems best ways of scamming the repubs at the polls...plus tons of absentee ballots also.
