I saw this on Drudge, but didn't have time to confirm that it's an official McCain campaign ad. If it is, what has gotten into them over there? There seems to be a disconnect between McCain himself and his campaign ads. I'm not saying I don't like it (I do), but it's really kind of strange.
Chris....it's his ad...he just took questions from reporters they showed on CNN live...he was asked about this particular ad by Kelly O'Donnell I think it was, I couldn't see her, but pretty sure...he gave a pretty good answer, I must say.
she asked him about the use of religion in it...referring to Heston...McCain came back and said it is taken from a movie Kelly...a movie. (I am paraphrasing here)

If you want to know the real stuff beyond the "gravitas" - the network level sort of conveys upon them - listen to the viewers who knew the "Journalists" - when they were still just reporters, covering fires and cop chases at the local level.
This is one of those inside "Industry" magazines right? You'll find this on the desk or in the bathroom of almost all network news producers and anchors?
I hope I win the date with Obama and like we get back stage passes to Ludachris. He's like so awesome like I hope I win. Ok so Like vote for Obama he's soooo cool.
That cover is all wrong - the typefaces are just so 'stuffy old fart trying to be cool'-ish and the layout is like so totally like for linear thinkers, duh. Why am I not just amazed by this cover, people? Where's all the fierce visual action and movement? Where's the creative use of amazing colour to draw one's eye in fifty directions at once? Why is everything laid out so square and up-and-downish? And what's with that colour scheme from the 90's - it's so dated.
Give this project to a younger person who can be like totally fierce and like really amazing and totally free and really make it sing like Katy Perry.
