The first time this happened, I must confess that I kind of felt that if Chelsea wanted to play with the "grown-ups" and campaign for her mother, then she should be willing to play by grown-up rules and grow a spine in these situations.

However, I have since changed my opinion in that she sould not be held to account for the deplorable actions of her father, as they really have nothing to do with either Chelsea, or her mother's run for the White House.

After all, she was only a mere child during the time her father was president.

I luv ya, man, but I have to say that if Chelsea wants to play, she gets what she gets. That was MY oval office, My president in My country and she was My first daughter.

I'm usually on the Noel S. bandwagon, but this time I have to say that they should go after Chelsea with both guns a-blazin'.

It seems like the left performed a magic trick with Pres Clinton. They reduced the Lewinsky scandal to an affair. Let's not forget that Bill committed perjury and obstruction of justice. I think if Chelsea is campaigning for her mother she should answer whether someone who thinks its OK for the chief executive of the law to perjure himself and commit crimes against the Constitution should be pres herself. Why does this alway turn into an issue about an affair? Chelsea shouldn't have to answer about the affair she should answer as to whether it's OK to violate the pres'l oath of office.

Why fitz...whatever do you mean? Certainly no parent would ever use their own child for the pity factor for voting...especially not the perfect non-political anything to win parents like the Clintons...say it isn't so!

Last I saw Jesse "The Body" Ventura, he was spinning heavily against the Gray Davis Recall (I think he was jealous of the Last Action Zero).  It was at that point that he officially changed from a somewhat refreshing curiosity to an irritating, over-indulged, sanctimonious, psuedo-know-it-all blowhard.  He got a touch of Beltway notoriety and all of a sudden he seemed to forget that his contemporaries were Greg "The Hammer" Valentine and Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka.  Though after seeing some recent video of the "great man", I think he might want to look up his old friend Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake.

pain. He said instead of Jesse the Body he was calling himself Jesse
the Mind. I called him Jesse the Whine. I never saw such a
crybaby when he didn't get his way, or anyone with such a thin skin
when it came to criticism.  One of the local radio guys used to
call him Governor Turnbuckle"   and that annoyed the hell out
him (lack of respect.) LOL

He loved the national press because they drooled all over him (they
started suggesting, as soon as he was elected governor in '98 that he
should run for Pres in 2000) and always had time for them, but hated
the local press and would avoid them because they didn't adore him. He
gave them lapel ID's that said "Media Jackal"...

When he didn't get the budget he wanted, he closed the governor's house
and laid off the staff to make the point that the state couldn't afford
it....

He was a real piece of work.

Wow, Alf, is that true or just speculation? If it's true, I can't think of too many more pathetic reasons to decide to have a child.

Last night when I was doing my Bible study I looked up a word in Vine's Expository. I came across the word lie. In the Greek the word is pseudo. The word does not have the strong meaning today as it had in the Greek. Then I saw the word for "lair"-a noun. It is pseutes. The adjective for "lair" is pseudes. So should we refer to her as Pseutes Clinton or Pseudes Clinton?
