Brent Bozell, President of the MRC which runs NewsBusters, appeared Tuesday night on FNC's Hannity & Colmes. Topic: The delay in the media covering Hillary Clinton's inaccurate boast of coming under sniper fire when arriving in Bosnia in 1996. Sean Hannity also raised media coverage of Jeremiah Wright.
Prompted by Hillary Clinton's comments today, Tuesday's ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts all led with stories that featured the 1996 video undermining Clinton's claims.
The MRC's Rich Noyes got this whole thing going with his March 18 NewsBusters posting with CBS News video from our archive, video which was soon posted by many on YouTube. Rich's posting: "Hillary Shot At in '96? No Media Mention of Bosnia 'Sniper Fire."

Saturday's Washington Post caught up, as recounted by the MRC's Tim Graham in: "WaPo Awards 'Four Pinocchios' to Hillary on Sniper-Fire Fable."
Finally, on Monday night the CBS Evening News and NBC Nightly News aired full stories and ABC caught up on Tuesday's Good Morning America, as recounted by Rich on Tuesday: "After Week of Silence, TV Morning Shows Pounce on Hillary's Fib."

Proof is out there that Obama knew all along that his pastor was a hate-monger. The NYT reported a year ago that Obama knew he was going to have to publicly distance himself from him (straight from Wright's mouth!)
And yet, with his "can't we all get along" speech, he simply admits that he heard him say some things that were "controversial," shifts gears to talk about the history of racism, and media sthe once again swooned (does he have their number, or what?), and simply stopped wondering "what did he know and when did he know it?" Had that speech been given by a Republican, it would have simply "created more questions than it answered," to use one of their own cliches.

It's quite, well, delicious, watching the people who've screamed for years that the news can't be biased suddenly notice a bias in favor of the side they dislike.

Although I've got to say I have noticed the side of Juan Williams and Colmes for quite a long time now...but like you say, it is out in the open now with all the talking heads, and they say they aren't biased for the leftist side...rather humorous indeed.

She must have been trying for the Young and Dumb Obama voters who don't remember anything political beyond the last 2 years, if at all.
The Best thing that McCain can do is stay at home, because (Just like the Al Queda mis-speak) if McCain farts on a Runway, the MSM will try and drive the News Cycle with a Republican mistake "Coverage".
CBS/ABC must have really been embarassed at being Scooped by their own Video Archives, but then, that would have taken an Investigative Journalistic approach to un-biased reporting.

Because of Bill's aggressive Hillary campaigning, and stretching the truth about her, the voters as well as the media are becoming more critical of his administration. As far as Obama...... he's a typical liberal in that "this is the way it should be in a perfect world. Lets call a meeting to discuss calling a meeting, then we can meet to work things out." Both of these indivuduals are very poor choices to run this country. Put them on the same ticket, and let them both go down in flames! The media being in the tank for Obama is making a huge mistake. As we all know.....they've been wrong before!

March 26, 2008 - 08:41 ET by lunaticcringeradioif she mistook the incident for another that means at one time she actually did have to wear a flak jacket and run from the plane. all things that the secret service would never allow in the first place to the first lady and child to do, the trip would be canceled and the plane most likely would leave. so with her saying she mistook the incident that means she's saying it really happened, just not at that place and time. ok, when and where did it really happen hillary, i want times dates dinner menus from that flight, when and where did it happen. it never did, don't let anyone try and play that same line that she mistook the incident with you, i already have had a hillary myrmidon do that. she lied about it and she's on a roll, i just can't wait to see what else comes down.
