Our resident historian, Roger, didn't publish a Shrub Report for yesterday. It, the 22nd, was the anniversary of General McCalife's famous word,"NUTS", to the German commander at Bastonge when he asked for the 101st Airborne surrender. It meant "Go to Hell." Although I have no truck for her Thighness, it is a stretch. It would be the same stretch if women thought that the other candidates were "piling on" Hillary (now, there's a disgusting image) when they gig her for her four or five flip-flops in two minutes on the issue of driver's licenses for illegal aliens. Hillary has the same far-left positions on the issues as Barak, especially on gun issues, nationalized health care, and abortion. She is even further left on economic issues (read Marxist). About the only thing she hasn't flip-flopped on is her support for the War on Terror. In her rhetoric she has flip-flopped, but her votes in the Senate have remained consistent, so I think she has been lying her @** off to the kook-base of the Party on this issue.

In my opinion, Barak is unqualified to be President because of his anti-gun stands (the President is supposed to defend and protect the Constitution, including the Second Amendment), and all the rest of his left to far-left positions.

There are a number of black people who might get my vote for President or Vice-President: Ward Connerly, J. C. Watts, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell. There are also a number of women who might get my vote for either of the two offices: Elizabeth Dole comes immediately to mind. Margaret Thatcher might be a good candidate, except for that born American Citizen requirement. (The People's Cube is saying that Vladimir Putin would be the ideal candidate for the Democrats. It's a funny article and I recommend it.)

So, it is a stretch for blacks to accuse the Wicked (rhymes with) Witch of racism. Her campaign would be smearing Edwards or Richardson, or any of the other candidates who were catching up/passing her in the polls.

So far Oprah is pro-Obama and not anti-Hillary. If the Clinton campaign or its surrogates continue the negative drip, Oprah might be tempted to vent her “disappointment” (especially if she perceives a racial overtone). Hillary’s people must be concerned.

And the NBers know... if Obama takes the Democratic nomination (I have my money on Clinton), the Republican nominee will suffer the constant criticism of “racism” coming from the professional black victims we have known for years.

I just blogged in this about Frank Rich getting a letter of protest from Bill Clinton in how all of it is the same thing from Mike Huckabee slamming Rush to this whispering campaign by Hillary against blacks.

All of it is intended to make the target crawl and make the one doing the attack advance their position "while looking independent and strong".

Huck attacks Rush and then offers to talk IF RUSH CALLS. That is making someone crawl to you after you brutalized them.

Hillary sends out jaded myths intentionally meant to slap black people back into line. White people do not hear the attacks, but every black person knows instinctively what she is saying and "it is the high tech whipping of blacks for daring to get off the plantation".

Hillary learned this "n*gger knockin'" from her rich liberal friends in college and in government. She got a high dose of refinement in Arkansas where "little white boss woman" learned how southern democrats maul blacks with a look.
Just look at Clarence Thomas' masterful work which is a wonderful read in how he was taught, "You do not look at a white woman".

Does Hillary's stare down GLARE which Newsbusters often features start ringing a bell in how she learned to slap the trailer trash and n*ggers back into place for "Yes'sum mam".

I apologize for those who do not like the N word, but it is used because Hillary and this ilk use it out of recording reach. She got caught early with her remarks about Jews, but is smarter now in gaurding what is allowed in public. The fact is these racists which permeate from David Letterman on down to Hillary all are technical bigots and racists..........oh they hire minorities, but in no difference than the olde plantation days when they brought the darkie up out of the shantie to parade around for cameras and then sent them away again once the "white folks" from up north seen how advanced us democratic folk were.

I have blogged enough in posts to track Barak Obama. He was deliberately chosen to be advanced by the liberals down to his achilles heal of HUSSEIN being his middle name in making enough percentage points in Americans be scared of his Muslim roots so he can be defeated.
He was given book deals, given elections and was given an invitation to the plantation house..........but when Obama looked around there were no name tags for him, no place cards at the dinner table and no over night bed for him to sleep in. Barak Obama though had a nice silver tray with drinks on it to "help himself" and while he was wandering around he could get drinks for Hillary, Edwards, Biden ect..... because all the black folk were looking in the windows seeing "one of their own was making it big".

Do not think for a moment that Al Sharpton's crooked ways just happened either. THIS FBI tactic was from Hillary's minions and the Rockefellers who by "investigating Sharpton" leave the impression of .........gee we know Jesse Jackson was a shakedown artist..........Sharpton is a shakedown artist........so by association that doped up, Muslim Obama is a crook too.
I fully expect the Obama girl to follow in this scam using the old southern attack that black men all are sexual perverts........this is going to get really nasty as Obama is not bright enough to know he is a waiter and not a guest in the race.

This is how the liberal leadership all view Obama. I doubt if Charlie Rangel would ever say this in public, but he knows very well just like every black what is going on here. Sure the Jack n Jills and the "are you blacker than a paper bag" crowd always will stick with the white power in knowing Obama is a waiter, but there are enough blacks now who dream that dream that they can have the prize and it is these off the plantation slaves which Hillary is cracking the whip to remind them the overseer is going to have Obama back to picking cotton by the end of August 2008.

Obama has been used and when he is done he will be carted out office and replaced with another more manageable black person.

It is the way it is.....and until blacks start voting for Conservative people who are trying to advance them, they are never going to get out from under the carpetbagger Hillary.

There is money and power made off of blacks keeping them where they are and the elitists behind it are not going to let this modern slavery go.

So don't complain about the messenger being a "racist", because it is not me in my minority status........the above are the factual actions of Hillary Clinton, the DNC, elitists and the cartels concerning black people.

Guilty verdict for black dad in shooting death of white teen on Long Island

Mr White testified during the trial that he was trying to protect his family when he brandished a gun last year after a group of angry white teens showed up at his doorstep late on Aug. 9, 2006, to confront his then-19-year-old son, Aaron.

John White had been sleeping inside his home in Miller Place, a predominantly white community in eastern Long Island, when Aaron woke him to say the youths were headed to their house, bent on beating him up because they wrongly believed he had threatened to rape Cicciaro's friend Jennifer Martin.

Minutes earlier, Aaron White had gotten into a fight with the boys after being asked to leave a house party.

The elder White first grabbed a shotgun, but then opted instead for a pistol he kept in his garage.

He and his son, who had picked up the shotgun, walked to the end of the driveway to confront the angry gang, who hurled racial epithets.

John White said his gun went off accidentally after Cicciaro lunged for it.

"He wanted to stop these people who said they were coming to kill his son," Brewington said in closing arguments.

Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney James Chalifoux said White should have simply locked the door and called police - and not gone outside.

Not sure if you wanted to talk more about this or not, but I got the feeling you wanted to talk about this administrations fiscal spending. IMO Bush did not Veto one bill until last November. We did not add 3.8 trillion to the debt by WOT and Iraq and Afghanistan alone. Let me touch on one of the wasteful progams I talked about before,

We are spending a staggering 176 million dollars a yr on abstinence only programs They want to increase it another 28 million dollars this year. I find these programs almost as ridiculus as giving birth control to 12 yr olds.

Proof this is not working is when was the last time your heard States have turned down money? Well at least 3 states have turned down free government money because they feel these progams do not work. It is like spending a staggering amount of money to wave a finger in front of a teenager saying no no.

Now before you accuse me of encouraging teenagers to have sex, nothing could be further from the truth. I am a parent and I cringe to think about what could happen when my child is a teenager. Of course abstinence is the best way of protecting kids from having sex, or disease. What harm is it to let them know of alternatives like condoms or birth control pills? It is not encouraging sex, it is letting them no that if they are going to do it at least use some protection.

Merry Christmas to all!

In my twenties and into my mid-30s I used to enjoy the whole Christmas shopping hubbub.  By the time I hit my current 40s I really began to dread shopping.

Background:  As a kid I believed in the whole "Santa" thing until I was about 10.  For the next couple years, through about 12, I believed more in a mythical force that somehow, once a year, strived to answer wishes.  Most times I was disappointed come Christmas morning ... but there was this ONE Christmas morning when I was around 14 or 15 when I really really wanted my own (modular) stereo ... And, after weeks of snooping around the house to my parents' hiding places and not finding it (prepping myself for the usual Christmas morning let-down) I woke Christmas morning to my own stereo set up beside the tree (Dad had hidden it at Grandma's) ... It turned out to be THE perfect gift that gave all year `round in the shouts from my manic parents, "Turn that g.d. thing DOWN!" in the direction of my room where a Hendrix concert was usually in full swing. (I swear my Father was the one who coined the term Head Banger ... "Are you banging your head against the wall in there??!!")

Well, here I am, finishing out my 40s ... My two older daughters young adults and fairly independent from "Mom and Dad", and our little 8 yr. old keeping us on our toes ... and I have noticed something in the last, I dunno, nearly 10 years ... and it really pisses me off to NO END. 

What is it?

Well, it's PART of the reason I now dread the Christmas shopping hubbub.

In the last roughly 10 yrs. I have noticed parents (and Grandparents) dragging their multiple children (preschooler and grade school ages)  out into the stores to do Christmas shopping ... Oh, not taking THEM shopping for family members ... BUT shopping for themselves!  The multiple kids are dragging and straggling along, crowding the already congested store aisles, whining and complaining and demanding ... parents usually threatening to put toys back on the shelves ... and also reminding said kids that "No, I have to take these home and wrap them ... You can't have them until Christmas morning ... It's from Santa!"

OH, BROTHER!

Why bother?!?  Why bother?!? Why bother??!!??

The first time my audio/visual senses experienced this abomination I admit to having to remove my jaw from the filthy store floor.  Now, I just give a thoroughly disgusted loud sigh and push my shopping cart past them and over to the next aisle ... to witness much the same shameless nonsense from yet another family who have turned the mystery and myth of Santa into  "Weekend at Bernie's" ... dragging Santa's rotting corpse around the store, pretending Santa's alive while just ---- Oh, screw it!

Look, either you play out the myth of the fat guy in the fur trimmed red suit who invades your home to eat your cookies and stuff toys under your tree ... Or you just set aside 12/25 as the day Mom and Dad spend money they should be putting into your savings account for college or your first car as the day Mom and Dad blow said money on toys and crap that you COULD have easily made it through another year without ... STOP trying to have it BOTH ways, already!

No "Bah! Hum-Bug!" here ... Just really sick of seeing such "mixed signals" inflicted on kids today.

This Shrubber is a happy camper today:

1. The Brownies choked today, as they usually do, giving the AFC North to my beloved Steelers.

2. Today is Jack Ham's birthday.

3. Most of all, tooday is the 35th aniversary of the greatest play in NFL history.

In NH, Her Royal Clintoness yesterday promised that if she is elected the price of oil will immediately drop. 

How?  She will, in her inauguration speech outline a plan to reduce our dependency on foreign oil, so the sheiks will drop the price to prevent that.

Unsane is in a VERY good mood, as he got himself a little package from England sitting on his doorstep in Houston yesterday.

That package contained Lifting Shadows, the authorized biography of Dream Theater!

So far, I like what I am reading.  Some of what I learned:

- Dream Theater and David Prater (producer of Images and Words, perhaps their best ever album) hate each other.

- Dream Theater and Queensryche don't get along very well.

- While I didn't think the video for "Pull Me Under" was THAT bad, Mike Portnoy (their drummer) despises it.

- The band nearly split up in 1998, especially under the strains of Falling Into Infinity. 

...and that's just some of what I read. 

I know that there are some Dream Theater freaks out there who read NB who would appreciate this...
