My hope is that you repeal the "Don't ask, don't tell" policy. That was fine when I was in uniform, the best part being tick-check during our time in the field.  No one asked me anything, and I damn sure wasn't gonna tell and spoil my experience. But I'm retired so to me it doesn't matter anymore.
