Interesting article by EUGENE ROBINSON, of the Washington Post Writers Group today. He says "REPUBLICANS IN ANDROPAUSE". Article goes on the state that it is the "Male Menopause" & feels Repubs have it!! Could someone find the entire article and post here for all to see. I think it is excellent reading and should give some insight into the fact all MSM reporters, print, radio and video, are marching to the beat of the Left to try and bring the Conservatives, Repubs, Independents down and make them vote D(i)em in order to feel good about themselves again!!
Did anyone see Sean Hannity’s America over the weekend? He was interviewing a Marine who was hit by a roadside bomb and fired on some people fleeing the scene despite orders to stop. According to the interview, after a roadside bomb, US Marine SOP is to try to locate the trigger men. Seeing these “civilians” running from the scene, having one dead marine from the IED already, despite Marine orders for them to stop as well as small arms fire on the convoy after the explosion, several of those fleeing were killed by the Marines.
This particular Marine was brought up on charges, and at the same time, John Murtha was making statements that ‘Marines were going through the streets of the town killing civilians in cold blood”, which could not have been more inaccurate and inflammatory.
Long story short, this marine was finally exonerated of the charges, and a student reporter cornered John Murtha and asked him to apologize to the marine now that he was exonerated.
MURTHA REFUSED.
There’s a lot more I can post about this, but I think it all speaks for itself.

Jimbo, if you missed that the first time, you might not have seen this either....the guy is Jason Mattera of the Young America's Foundation. He confronted Murtha who said the trial was still going on. When he found out the charges had been dropped, he hit Mattera with his service in Korea and Viet Nam, as if that made him untouchable.
Mattera should have followed up Murtha's response with, "So as a fellow serviceman, you would agree that a soldier wrongfully accused of war crimes deserves an apology?"

I loudly proclaimed to the other gymmers, "good thing there's no hint of liberal bias at MSNBC." Blank stares.

American Spectator also has a story about Steny Hoyer throwing his weight around, and apparently is showing that he has more power than Mrs. Pelosi. He cut back the work week, (no more Fridays) in contradiction to the wishes of Her Speakerness.
The other interesting thing (and I think more important) in the Prowler column (below the Hoyer item) is Her Speakerness promising Barney Frank a vote a sexual-orientation discrimination bill, then pulling it. Part of the problem?
"Republicans wanted an exemption for religious groups, and that's the thing that killed it for us," says a House leadership aide. "The folks pushing this bill want the religious groups to have to deal with this issue, they aren't going to get out from under it if we have our way."
So the Democrats don't want any religious exemption. If they have their way, they are going to force the Catholic Church and other religious organizations, under force of law, to accept gays and lesbians, even as teachers in their schools, or be legally penalized. And make no mistake, there won't be anything "discreet" or "don't ask, don't tell" about it....it will apply for even the most flamboyant and in-your-face gays.
The Chinese government has recently decided that corruption in the newly liberated business sector needs to be addressed. They investigated the management/leadership programs from some 24 universities and selected Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia to begin a leadership training program for upper level managers and CEO's.
Trinity Western is a Christian university, and their leadership program is Biblically based and uses the TEAM model practiced at companies like Southwest Airlines and West Jet. An initial team is leaving next week to meet with business leaders and start training the native Chinese trainers who will do the actual teaching in China. Chinese students will also be sent to Canada to study at TWU.
The choice of a Christian university may seem like an odd choice for a communist regime. It may have something to do with the explosive growth in the number of Christians in China. In addition to "house churches", there are also now "factory churches" in Chinese cities where workers spend time in Bible study or worship services before their "productive" work day begins.
The government of China recently reported that there are over 100 million Christians in the country. It is also reported that many government officials and party leaders are openly Christian.

I don't want to beat a dead horse, but it seems like this might be something that should garner attention on a media watchdog website.
Especially now, considering that John Philbin might actually get promoted.
