Jesse Jackson Says Gov. Brewer ‘Gave President Obama the Finger’

It was a routine Saturday morning at Rev. Jesse Jackson's Rainbow PUSH forum, broadcast nationally on the Word Network. He was all over the map. Jackson trashed Ronald Reagan, Barry Goldwater, Newt Gingrich, and Mitt Romney. He warned that enterprises such as black funeral homes and black insurance companies are “under attack.” He condemned a proposed change in Grammy Award classifications. Jackson also spoke out against Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, who, he said, “did the ultimate insult. She put her finger in his (President Barack Obama) face.” Jackson wants people to call and complain (video here):

She knew what she was doing. She was telling him off. She was cutting him down to his size. She must never get away with that. Even George Wallace did not put his finger in Dr. King’s face. Say, enough is enough.
Being the pious, innocent, saintly man he is, perhaps the Most Rev. Jackson deserves a pass. Maybe he doesn’t actually know the difference between giving someone the finger and waving one’s finger in another person’s face. But does he really consider the latter to be “the ultimate insult”? For a man who’s referred to Jews as “Hymies,” said in the last campaign that “Barack’s been talking down to black people” and that he would like to cut Obama's testicles out, and admitted to, as a young waiter, having spit into the food of white customers he didn’t like, Jackson has a remarkable notion of what comprises the ultimate insult.
Naturally, Jackson’s blunder will be ignored by the mainstream media. He’s always given a pass. But the very next time “the black view” is needed on a story, he’ll be front and center and ready for his close-up.

. . .ever since the story of his love child broke, raising suspicions that the baby's mother was on Rainbow/PUSH's payroll to keep her mouth shut. (Also, Rainbow/PUSH recieved Federal grants).
It was at that time that opportunist Al Sharpton became the MSM's go-to black guy, shoving Jackson to the curb, and Jackson has been trying to get back into the limelight ever since.
I'd ask Obama which is more insulting: Having an angered governor raise her finger at him, or having an angered black race baiter say that he'd cut Obama's testicles off. Which gesture sounds more like mass'er threatening a slave.

Jackson should be fired from all the public positions he holds and banned from the airwaves (using the term "extremist" as defined by the "Washington Post Magazine's" Cathy Areu, in her response to Pat Buchanan's writing regarding his opinion on the failed assimilation of various cultures into the American culture for which he was banned from MSNBC).
The "liar" accusation is valid as Jackson said the Arizona Governor "gave President Obama the finger", which she absolutely did not. Jackson said this exclusively for the benefit of other radical, racial extremists that leap before looking, especially when it comes to deliberately manufactured racial issues such as this one.
Jackson (and his ilk) is, as always, reprehensible, despicable, and bombastic in his behavior, tone, and verbiage.

This is a pure matter of psychology, but I will give my best as a psychiatrist to give some background. God knows that I disagree with psychologists on so many levels that it defies description, but allow me to give some meaning.
In certain communities, identification of loyalty and membership status within that community is largely dependent on the degree of extremism which can be displayed. This is true of many immigrant communities and derivative organizations within the United States and elsewhere. Self-interest is the root of all ideology, and it it not altruism. I would never call a Democrat an altruist because that is not anywhere present in their nature. For them, it is about victim acculturation and derivation of perceived, but not necessarily present, inequities. MLK Jr. was a Republican, but yet nearly all African-American Democrats identify with him despite the fact they are registered Democrats. The discordance is that they will identify with whoever they see as promoting the victimization status along with playing up their own "victim" status to assure their own standing within their communities. The result is that many members of minority communities rely on just how much they can self-describe how "victimized" they were, even if they never experienced a moment of true bigotry or discrimination in their lives. The more "oppressed" you can describe yourself, even if it is complete fabrication and untrue, the greater your status is within that community. Think of it as big liberal attention-seeking cult TV game show, "How Oppressed Am I?" The more perceived strikes against you, even if they never existed in reality, the higher your status. The phenomenon of the desirable PC demographics for such liberal hacks is proof enough of that. And the hard truth, the one that Democrats really will never admit, is that much of this has been played as big con game.
