When will these people stop this nonsense.  Alicia Keys will never get a dime from me.  When artists go political it is time for me to leave them.  Even though she makes millions of dollars we (the white man) still owes her and her black pumas.  Talk about 'elitist'.  She measures up with Hussein Obama in snobbery.

that her ebonics level in her public speaking was directly proportional to the demographics of the audience.  It was rather comical (illustrated with sound clips) that she could play to either part of her heritage--sounding white at a mainstream awards show, then sounding "hood" and keepin it real for black audiences.  I guess it sounds more normal than Shrillary trying to pull it off, but the point is that she manipulates her diction in order to broaden her appeal and sell more records. 

Therefore, not only are her statements paranoid, pathological, and puerile--they are hypocritical as well.

This proves one thing: even stupid people can get rich in America.

My guess is that she doesn't really mean any of this but is trying to boost her street cred while slamming the industry for not paying as much attention to her work as they do cheesy 'gangsta' rap. She gets it both ways with this. If she just slammed the 'gangsta' rap then she would be seen as too 'white'. So she needs to toss in the Black Panther BS. I don't know what the purpose of 'gangsta' rap is supposed to be, but let's face it, its now just a minstrel show performed by blacks.

I recall seeing Queen Keys on the "Rock & Roll Hall of Fame" inductee show a few years back, she was demanding the audience show their love and pay homage to "Prince or is it the Artist Formerly Known as Prince", whatever! Nausea started to set in and I changed the TV channel, too much dribble for my taste. Sorry, forgive me, I just don't have the time to keep up with all the hip & cool aka name changes. Puff Daddy, aka Puff Diddy, P Diddy, Diddy, Daddy, and now just Sean "Puffy" Combs.

Conspiracy theories, are you kidding me? Keys' gives the government WAY too much credit, more than it deserves. This government, past and present, with all the resources availible, didn't have a clue about 911 coming, can't locate Osama Bin Laden, can't balance the budget, (trillions in debt), can't fix the border problem, refuses to mend the Social Security system, etc. etc. etc... I'm not talking about the Bush administration, I'm talking about the U.S. Government as a whole. Just too much bureaucracy.

Darfur, Sudan, Solmolia, to name a few. Where black people are killing other black people in mass numbers over drugs, food, land, oil, religion, water, etc.... Talk about ignorance in worldly events, this girl is in a stupor. Queen Highness should step down from her throne for awhile and get educated on global affairs.

One other thing, the U.S. Government must have a really Big Master Plan in place, forcing millions of innocent unwitting people worldwide to spend millions of their dollars on this 'Gangsta rap'" aka music, perpetuating the killing of black people. Reminds me of in the movie "Manchurian Candidate", zombie robots all. This Government is amazing!

I happen to work in a place where there are at least ten black employees who espouse the same philosophy and this Keys woman (I have no idea who she is).  I can tell you two things about these kinds of people: first, they never listen to anything anyone else says.  It doesn't matter if you try and convince them with superior logic; it doesn't matter if you're provably right and they're provably wrong, they will stick to their manefesto no matter.  When you try to rationallly discuss an issue with them, their defense mechanism is to talk over you or talk between themselves as you are speaking; they never listen.  Two, they will immediately evoke anger and emotion in the face of realizations.  If they see you are right and they are wrong, they immediately raise their voices and start shouting at you, especially when they are in a group.  They will often point at you and swami their heads from side to side to make a point while their comrads say amen and you go girl.  If your persist in denying their premises, they will always place the race card and say you think the way you do because you're racist. 

I have concluded from my experiences with these people, most of whom are women, that I want to live as far away from them as possible.  If worse came to worst, I don't think they would have any inhibitions at all about doing violence to any white person who disagrees with them.  (By the way; all of these women except one have their jobs because they are black; they are completely incompetent and haven't the knowledge or education to fill their positions.  They are simply catered to because they are black.  Odd part is the ceo's know they are dragging the company down and will do nothing about it.  Two of them were threatened with being fired but the action was dropped with they threatened to sue the company for discrimination; the ceo's backed down in two seconds.)

Well, she doesn't get any more of my concert dollars. Here's hoping that the folks at RodeoHouston have seen this one and will add her to the performer non grata list for post competition entertainment.

What kind of drugs to you have to be on? This smells like the Congressperson that stood up on the floor of the House and said that Smith & Wesson, Colt, and the other handgun manufacturers were making guns especially to put into the hands of young black males so they'd all kill each other. Sometimes I think I've died and gone to hell and don't realize it. The inmates ARE running the place.
