It's Friday which means another episode of our twice-weekly comedy show "NewsBusted" has arrived! Topics in this show: the media on Iraq, Valerie Plame, and Britney Spears as the Bible's Mary?

Hillary's change was also right on target....
Once again thanks.....
Hope others take the time to go and rate this today to help out NBusted....
Jodi is the best!
Love Jodi, mostly good
December 21, 2007 - 16:53 ET by motherbeltLove Jodi, mostly good jokes. Coulda done without the Virgin Mary one tho. (And yeah, I get it that it's satire...)
Okay Matthew, I finally did
December 21, 2007 - 12:51 ET by Ruths husband BenOkay Matthew, I finally did it. I signed up to Utube. I voted. Now get off my back. Jeez, you're worse than my mom, "Don't forget to make your bed." And I'm fifty one years old.
Seriously, I think this is the best one yet. And like many others have said, Jodie is great, funny and has a awesome smile.

Jodi is the cat's meow!
December 21, 2007 - 12:59 ET by sentforth5fun-E as always! Hey! Don't tell the Mrs. I think Jodi's a cutie! Thanks! I'm off to You Tube,now.
Speaking of you tube, those jokers would not float my comment on Hellary's 'holiday greetings' video yesterday, and today I saw that almost all the comments are favorable. I'm startin' to wonder about you tube...
Hi sf5... Hope you take
December 21, 2007 - 13:02 ET by bigtimerHi sf5...
Hope you take the time to read the comments too and give them a thumbs up or down too...
Can be fun! Especially with the left that slither on in there....
Hey Bigtimer!
December 21, 2007 - 13:05 ET by sentforth5You just better know I did! I'm slow, but faithful!
Hey, Leon! Why you always on the downside, man?

December 21, 2007 - 14:37 ET by sentforth5But this time when you click 'post comment' it reads "comment will be posted upon approval" is that clinton inc. or what?
oh, wait
December 21, 2007 - 14:42 ET by sentforth5Okay Matthew..took a second, but now I get it. Like I said, I'm slow...
Matthew, I don't
December 21, 2007 - 13:01 ET by LeonMatthew,
I don't understand the hokey SNL style opener. It sets a bad tone for the rest of the show.
I would think about simplifying it. The clip of the girl's clapping in the audience is unecessary.
I think the pics of DC look good, but the night scenes look cheesy and like a blatant rip off of SNL.
Leon/little one... I know
December 21, 2007 - 13:04 ET by bigtimerLeon/little one...
I know you were talking to Matthew but....
Do you ever have anything that is completely good to say about Newsbusted...or anything else for that matter....
Ever?
Bah humbug to you...

December 21, 2007 - 13:54 ET by LeonBT<
I've made several positive comments about Newsbusted.
I regularly comment that it's moving in the right direction, I just see some major flaws that will always hold it back until they are gone.
I.E. the cheesy opener.
Oh wahtever little
December 21, 2007 - 13:57 ET by bigtimerOh whatever little one...
You always throw in negativity...it's your job, it's what you do...ask for a raise.
Meh. It's not
December 21, 2007 - 14:04 ET by LeonMeh.
It's not negativity. It's true. The opening is:
1) A blatant copy of SNL
2) Cheap looking
3) A bad first impression for anyone watching newsbusted for the first time.
You call it negativity, I call it constructive criticism.
I'm just thinking 23/6 gets better and more legit everyday. Newsbusted is really going to have to work hard to keep up.
Leon... The "I'm jut
December 21, 2007 - 14:10 ET by bigtimerLeon...
The "I'm just thinking" part is your problem....
You may want to work on that...lol.
Merry Xmas.... and all that jazz....
Actually
December 21, 2007 - 14:13 ET by Matthew Sheffieldwe are going to be changing the opener to the show among other things. It's too long for our tastes now.
2008 will also bring some other changes to NewsBusted. We're also going to be rolling out an updated look for the NB site itself. There will be a lot of exciting things going on next year around these parts.
Well Merry Christmas and
December 21, 2007 - 14:18 ET by bigtimerWell Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours Matthew...
I'm looking forward to all of this....
Like I say... NewsBusters has come a long way...thanks to all the hard work from all the staff and others.
Nice Matthew! A little
December 21, 2007 - 14:23 ET by LeonNice Matthew!
A little New Year's surprise. I like the sound of that.
I do genuinely think Newsbusted has a lot of potential. The title scene is too long and, in my mind, doesn't fit the vibe of the rest of the show.
I think the functionality of the page is good as is, but I suppose the aesthetic could use some modernizing.
For the most part, I like the site how it is, but I'm always down for change.
PS you never got back to me about the next Happy Hour. Is there ever going to be another. I really want to attend.

Plame topic unnecessary
December 21, 2007 - 18:38 ET by mrjeffWe love Newsbusted and look forward to it each week! However, this time the Playboy/Plame segment made it an issue that I could in good conscience share with someone else. I hope this wasn't an inkling of more segments of like-topic. And although I got the point, the one about Mary in the Bible was 'okay,' but not our favorite. Thanks so much for producing these--they remain a favorite!
