I would use their Afhganistan newspaper, gather up the Imams, put a bullet in their head, same for their editors, then ask who wants to be the next immy and editor who won't screw it up again.

 Then I'd run a contest in their local paper for Mohammed jokes, and whoever showed up screaming and cursing in rageboy fashion would get bullets in their heads.
