While it's certainly very interesting that the USA would be repeating history by working with the murderous Turks to once-again kill a bunch of Kurds who probably just want a separate Kurdistan, I doubt Novak or sarcasmo or the rest of the planet have a "need to know," don't you?

And the obvious psychological reason we see the kind of endemic, Saddam-style levels of corruption & criminality in a unified "Iraq" that we probably would not see in 3 smaller new-nations is obvious. People are still pi$$ed at the Iraqi government so want, still, to steal from it. They tend NOT to be pissed-off at their own clan/group/sect/tribe. That's why 3 nations might work where 1 definitely won't. The problem is, Bush has made a huge bet on a single Iraq controlled once again from a capital city by building a single enormous, bigger-than-the-Vatican sized embassy. Sigh.

I have to wonder, is the entire Democrat party infested with this looniness?  Does the vast majority of their rank and file support this stuff?  If not, why isn't their some outcry from these people telling the extremists to shut up?  Why don't ordinary Democrats distance themselves from these nutjobs?

Your title is pretty misleading.  You say, "The Hateful Left", yet in your article you only post two examples from two different INDIVIDUALS.  That's interesting.  Seems like a generalization to me.  Am I allowed to use one or two hate mongers at LGF (or here for this matter) to represent the entire right?

I figured if there was an outpouring of hate from SO many on the left (as your title would seem to indicate) than you might have some more examples.

We see this all of the time.  Something happens to a Republican, and it's everything except a crowded party to celebrate it.  They just CAN NOT get over their hatred for President Bush.  It's too bad they bring politics to such a personal level.  There used to be a time when you could sit down with somebody and discuss politics while having a brew.  Not anymore.  Ever since this deranged hatred you can't go anywhere without some yutz who doesn't know anythign about poilitics bash Bush.  Then, when you challenge the individual to back up those statements with facts, you get gibberish and vague mumblings of 'criminal' in their words.  they have nothing.

The liberals have done far more than anyone else to move this country towards fascism. At this very moment, they are trying to move legislation through congress that would allow the government to essentially dictate what is, or is not, acceptable speech on the airwaves.

Given the liberal PC "speech codes" that are rampant in our nation's colleges and universities, as well as all their other efforts to stifle dissent, their accusing conservatives of fascism is a joke.

What is truly scary is that the current crop of democrat presidential candidates is lining up to kiss the behinds of these hate-filled, freedom-hating people.

Yet, the republicans remain curiously tongue-tied through it all.
