Politico Lets Obama Off Unemployment Hook: 'Bleak Numbers Beyond His Control'
If between now and Election Day unemployment numbers improve, particularly if they dip below the 8% barrier, you know President Obama, with an MSM assist, will be out there pounding his chest about the number of jobs "he created."
But when the unemployment numbers remain weak? Well, that's not Obama's fault. Just ask Mike Allen of Politico. On today's Morning Joe, trying to explain Obama's early campaign stumbles, Allen declared that certain factors, including the bleak job numbers, were "beyond the control" of Obama. View the video after the jump.
Watch Allen let Obama, in the fourth year of his presidency, off the hook for his miserable performance on the economy.
MIKE ALLEN: It was three weeks ago that the president formally unveiled his campaign with those rallies in Ohio and Virginia. And he's been on the defensive, been on the back foot, as the Brits would say, ever since. Right before the break you were talking about the Biden comments. Some of the events are beyond their control: job numbers which looked good during the winter are now looking bleak again, Europe is looking like it might blow up again.

obama has shown he is incapable of changing course even when confronted with evidence that what he is doing won't work. obama believes his 'gift' will enable him to blame others or in other ways be able to talk his way out of a crisis.
After three years of on the job training obama has shown he is incapable of growing into the job.
Incapable? Maybe....

But that's assuming that there are people who believe that he's ONLY incompetent instead of having evil designs on destroying our country, which we know he has.
But the narcissist in him just CAN'T change course, as you correctly stated, why else for example would they still be doing some sort of PR campaign for SoetoroCare after all the crap that it's given us while we wait to hear what the decision of the SCOTUS is?
I only hope that it's not too late that people will see the fraud that he is and dump him like a bag of turd that he is.

Because Obama like most anyone familiar with the bill knows - they only need to stall until 2013. For once this isn't about re-election but the implementation of the healthcare bill and it's numerous related (however tenuously) programs will be too interwoven into the budget and the political structure to pull completely. The only thing, repeat ONLY, that will have any chance of stopping it would be a complete smack down by the SCOTUS. Even a complete 50 state exemption would only prevent parts of the bill.
This is what they don't want people to realize that even if an incoming POTUS wants a complete repeal - it can't happen. Once the changes slated for 2013 occur - there will be no turning back unless some party is willing to rewrite the entire financial structure for the entity of the Federal Government. While this should be done we are not faced with a plethora of volunteers for that project.
What......

Hey politico, what happened to all that hope and change? When are the seas going to calm? When are we going to get some of that "Obama Money" they talked about? Any moron can make promises but a real leader delivers. I guess we all know which one Obutthead is!

"It's not my fault".
2009 - Obama: "unless you pass my stimulus bill for $800 billion the unemployement rate will be above 8%, but if you pass it we can hold under 8%". Bill passed. Unemployment proceeds to 9.5% in 2011 and is still above 8% today.
Obama: "It's not my fault"
Politico: "It's beyond his control"
MSM" It's the damned Republican's fault"
Obama: Give me another 4 years so I can not do anything to help and Politico can tell you that's it's not my fault.

PJN Interconnect just completed it's 2015 bids for electicity supplies. They were up an AVERAGE of 16x what they are currently paying. From a little over $8 per megawatt to an average of $130 per megawatt.
This is ALL completely because of Obama and his war on coal. "...Electricity prices would necessarily skyrocket"

for pathological liars. Just imagine it: fifty Jon Lovitz SNL-type characters sitting around a room coming up with every excuse possible for why the economy is still sour after four years of his do-nothing, permanent vacation presidency.
First it was congress, then they compromised at the 11th hour. Then it was congress again that didn't pass his Buffett rule. Then it was health care. Then came Arab Spring and high gas prices. Then came Europe. Now it's congress, Europe and the dog ate my homework all rolled into one. What's the next excuse? Both of his grandmothers are probably dead, so he can't go there. He's tried social issues, but they played right into Romney's hands because the War on Women meme failed and the Bain Capital attack fizzled out when some of his fellow Democrats told him to shut his mouth on the issue.
Next he will have to try ginning up a war with some poor third world nation. Better watch out, Trinidad! We have had enough of your provocations!
