Sharpton: GOP In Mad Rush To Its Extreme 'White' Wing
Was it another slip of the tongue by the Reverend Resist We Much," or an intentional playing of the race card?
You be the judge. On his MSNBC show this evening, Al Sharpton claimed "the Republican party has been in a mad rush to its extreme white wing." Video after the jump.
Sharpton made his statement after blasting Rick Santorum for his views on abortion, birth control and gay marriage, and claimed that Santorum "has been there, waiting the whole time" for the GOP in its rush to the white--or was it the right?

That was in the prompter and read it as typed... It was white wing. right looks nothing like white and one does not much them up when reading from a screen. It was put in the prompter to be part of a larger narrative that Iowa is too white, too evangelical, and too rural, but this clip is missing a lot of context.
