I find it obscenely sick (sorry for the bad pun) that Obama and his liberal supporters are accusing the right of using "scare tactics" when their core systems theory is enough to scare a sane person into the asylum after one reading.

For people who are so into nuance, they willfully and maliciously misunderstood (h/t Brian Williams) Palin's death panel metaphor.  I suspect she was attempting to wake people up by using this language, and if she has, good on her!

I truly hope the leftists keep poking the sleeping giant on this issue, because it's not going to go away, and the MOB is not going to shut up.

I hope he fails, too.

I just wish I had a fraction of Palin's power to drive these people nuts.

Dowd's column highlights the hypocrisy of liberals.  Although they bill themselves as "enlighten" and "tolerant", they project their hate onto conversatives.  They believe all conservates want to "kill" their opponents just as they do.   

They are tolerant just as long as everyone else believes and acts just like them.

Elitism is a state of mind NOT privilege and wealth. Many wealthy people are not elitists and many elitists are not wealthy.

Liberal Elitists expect us to recognize their “superiority” and give them the special treatment they so richly deserve – not because of skill or what they have accomplished – but because of whom they think they are.

Everyone has known an elitist, they name drop and have pictures of themselves with some celebrity. They often live well above their means and own pretentious homes and cars. They pay to be listed in 'Who's Who' and have all sort of certificates hanging on their walls.

Here's an example of Easikill Emanuels "smarts" as he justifies discriminating against the old. Despite the fact that age discrimination is state and feberal crime in employment

His proposition is that, unlike discrimination on grounds of race, it is perfectly acceptable to discriminate agianst the older citizen because every 65 year old was once 25, while a person cannot change their color.

I'm surprised Obama hasn't banned this because it sure is tortured reasoning.  Consider the circular logic (sic) here.

By all statistics, apart from catastrophic events, the average 25 year old will not be consuming healthcare, though they will be paying for it. Forced to under Obama Bad Health.

They will be paying for it until they are at least 65, by which time they will no longer be assessed as being young enough for the state to benefit from the heathcare they have been paying for all their lives since they were 25.

Get that?  You have to pay from the age of 25 for something that by the time you are 65 will be rationed to you because you are no longer of the same utility to "society" as a 25 year old, as defined by weird nutjobs like Emanuel

Is this not a case of sheer projection?  Dowd thoroughly enjoys the act of the attack.  Harvard and other elite university graduates appear to be her favorite targets (including, interestingly enough, both Al Gore and George W. Bush. Both should qualify as Harvard "smartypants").  Perhaps Dowd harbors deep insecurities.

We just saw the deep-thinking Obama tell us that the Post Office has all the problems, particularly when compared with Federal  Express.  He managed, in one single sentence, to completely vindicate the critics of his healthcare initiative.  We have seen other examples off cerebral ponderings from, among others,  President Clinton  (another elite school graduate).  The lesser intellects thought they had already figured out "..what the meaning of 'is' is..." and moved on. Not so our favorite J.D. from Yale. 

 An impressive lot, these cerebral Ivy League politicians (William Jefferson, a now convicted Democrat from Louisiana, should also qualify among our more recent "stars").

  But if you read past the smugness and East Coast eliteism you'll notice that a mere entry onto her facebook page Sarah caused the Whitehouse and it's defenders to have to respond.  The term for that is power.

Does anyone read Dowd as a serious thinker, or has her shock jock drivel been relegated to sites like this?  It is hard to imagine that anyone discerns any sort thought provocation from her mindless blather.  If newsbusters, Fox, et al just ignore her, maybe she will fade away?  The only time I ever hear of her is in this context....guess what Maureen the attention whore said today.....

I don't think she was ever hot. There's something about limousine liberal women, an attitude that makes them entirely unattractive.
