DEFENDANT DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEES AND DEFENDANT SENATOR BARACK OBAMA’S MOTION TO DISMISS Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6), defendants Democratic National Committee and Senator Barack Obama respectfully move the Court for an order dismissing the Complaint on the grounds that this Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over the claim asserted and that the Complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Pursuant to Local Rule 7.1, accompanying this Motion is a Brief in Support of Motion to Dismiss and a proposed Order.

The Motion has not been Granted by the Court (at this time).

Faced with the lawsuit, the Obama camp had 2 options:

1.  Produce the required documentation proving that Obama is a “natural born” citizen, and that his citizenship was never relinquished and/or was re-established after he had moved with his mother to Indonesia.  Doing so would put this issue to rest in Pennsylvania, plus all of the other states and jurisdictions where this is being monitored; or …

2.  File motions, obfuscate, advance obscure legal theories, push for dismissal, etc.

APPARENTLY OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT.

Unfortunately it is not only idiot Democrats who disparage President Bush. Remember when MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough debated the subject "IS BUSH AN 'IDIOT'?"

NewsBusters and others documented this piece of standard MSNBC journalism. I immediately stopped watching Scarborough after that show. In many ways Joe Scarborough is worse than Paul Begala, for Scarborough is supposedly a Republican who went out of his way to denigrate the President of the United States, who also happens to be a Republican. 

There are some who will sell their integrity for a buck!  I believe Joe Scarborough is one of them.

Let's not forget that Begala was the one who came on TV after the 2004 elections and said that if we take the Christian's right to vote, we can win every election.  Now, it appears that he and the left would like to imply that Bush and people of the right are mentally slow.  Frightening!  And, is it a slight on Trig Palin?

I believe Ann Coulter in one of her books brought this up.  According to the MSM and D. operatives, from Ike to Bush all the R. presidents are stumbling idiots.  Ike-a slow witted army general, Nixon-(don't even need to relate their hatred), Ford-too many hits on the football field, Regan-just an actor whose intelligence was over shadowed by his costar monkey, Bush 1-for the D's, Dana Carvey's impression was right on the money and finally W-from day one his "intelligence" has been in question.

Again, they have a hard time debating the issues only their perceived view of the lack of intelligence from our presidents.  I guess since none of the above harassed a 19 year old intern that doesn't make them very smart.

And now we are seeing the same in their critique of Mac.  Of course his holiness' answers are stumbling and halting because he is SO intelligent that his incredible brain has to work overtime to nuance the correct answer.

It seems to me that some years ago we heard the words "mean spirited" hurled about. Whenever a Republican took a shot at Bubba, it was mean spirited. The truth is however, no one ever got into anything personal except Rep. Dan Burton who refeerred to Bubba as a "scumbag." These two-faced Commies have gone after President Bush and everyone else with such venom that I believe we could survive a Rattlesnake bite! If the Obamassiah wins the White House, I'm ready to forget decency and let him have it with both barrels! Of course, that will be considered racism and will be loudly condemned by the MSM [Moron Stained Media, of which Begala is Head Moron!] The irony of it all is after January 29, 2009, they won't have Bush to kick around anymore. I have a strange feeling that he won't take this crap after he leaves office and the jerks like Begala will get a verbal Jesse Jackson Obama treatment from the High Functioning Moron!

And it's frustrating a lot of analysts on my side, because Democrats very much view this as Bush's problem, right? This is -- this is a set of policies that he and his party put in place.

I think it's because they have been persuaded, those who are for it, that this is the right thing to do for the country, quite honestly, right? The House Republicans, let's give them their due. This may not be just party. They may be ideology, but it's an ideology that say this. This is their solution. Cut regulations, fewer regulations on investors and less taxes on wealthy investors.

Now, a lot of people think that's what got us into the mess, is that we let these financial institutions run wild with no regulation, and that we had excessive tax cuts that -- that actually benefited investors, but not citizens, right, not consumers.

So, they're just like -- it is like the captain of the Titanic saying we need more icebergs, you know?

In my experience when liberals start getting personal and calling their opponents names they've already lost the debate because they have nothing to stand on.  This is true with Begala and his ilk.  The socialist democrats are morally bankrupt and politically empty.  they cannot come up with any more ideas (read lies) to persuade the American public that their socialist/Marxist buddy Barakus Obamacus should be president.  I think the American people are starting to catch on.

I was channel surfing last night and ran smack dab into this conversation. I could not believe my ears. Can't he shut the hell up for just a little while? Or maybe just not be so insulting. It gets him and his hideous party absolutely nowhere.

Whenever I see Paul Begala I'm reminded of the scene in Annie Hall where Alvy Singer has to listen to his Uncle Joey Nichols do his thing with slapping the nickel onto his forehead.  When Uncle Joey is done, Alvy turns away and mutters, "What an asshole." 

In a previous professional incarnation, I had occasion to deal with Begala's sister, who used to work for Ann Brown at Consumer Product Safety Commission.  Alvy Singer would come to mind everytime...it must run in the family.

Begala, you have insulted people who are High Functioning Autistics like myself, proving that liberals show ZERO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER.

Not saying Bush is Autistic, but seeing those words High Functioning sent up the warning signs for me.  On the other hand, Bush is a bit well how should I say not with it when it came to education, spending and especially the way the war was handled and of course illegal aliens.
