could have been spin. They were just people who fell asleep and fell over. That seems to be the more likely scenario now anyway.

I can't believe how the media hyped him as some sort of great orator. After seeing the debates with Hillary and this last one with McCain, I think he is an incredibly boring speaker and he also has plenty of gaffs.

I think since he was talking about people in America who are working hard, the MSM will say the sleeping lady is someone who is working so hard, she can't stay awake.

Falling asleep at a political speech? Who could do such a thing? Certainly not anyone with any self-respect right? Or was Obama just that boring?

I don't know but either way it reminds me of an elderly gentleman I know that fell asleep at the State of the Union address. Oh what was his name again? Mc something. Mc Mc Mc...oh wait, it was John McCain.

I once fell asleep at a speech by Gerald Ford at Notre Dame when I was in High School, but that probably does not come as a surprise to anyone who ever heard him speak.
