Q: Since when does an MSMer care about "decorum"?
A: Since it can be used to take a shot at the woman who would deprive his guy of the Dem nomination.
ABC's David Wright is a devoted Obama fan, as NewsBusters has noted here, here and here. Discussing on today's GMA Hillary's foray into a working-class Indiana bar over the weekend, Wright not only faulted Hillary for her lack of decorum, but even managed to work some class warfare into the mix.

DAVID WRIGHT: Clinton has also been celebrating Obama's [bitter people cling to guns and religions] gaffe, but not with the decorum you'd expect from the millionaire former First Lady. On Saturday night, she seemed like just another working gal at Bronco's restaurant: chugging beer, eating pizza. She even did a shot of whiskey.

I have plenty of problems with Hillary, but those 3 things aren't among 'em. Maybe, instead of a "decorum deficit" on her part, this indicates an elitism-surplus in a certain member of the news media.

He makes it sound like she was "celebrating" by toasting with a beer. Did she raise her glass "to Obama's gaffe"? That's what he makes it sound like...as if she went to a bar to celebrate Obama's stumble.
And since when is it a violation of "decorum" to hoist a glass in a pub? Oh, please. Next, we will have Obama making a speech saying "Shame on her!" again.

That said, I don't think I can remember a presidential candidate getting captured on camera chugging a beer and whiskey chaser (disclaimer - I'm < 40). I guess she must really believe these ARE desparate times.
