Speaking with Diane Sawyer, George Stephanopoulos had just finished opining that if in Texas Obama cuts into Hillary's coalition of women and Hispanics the way he did last night, he will be the nominee.
DIANE SAWYER: Senator Clinton went on to Texas even before the polls as closed on this last contest, so what does she do next to secure it?As they spoke, the clip rolled of Hillary slowly laboring her way up that ramp. There are few coincidences in the MSM game. ABC decided to send a message, and for Clinton supporters, it was as painful as the ascent up those stairs.
GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Well, she's got to hold up those votes among Hispanic voters first of all. In Ohio the key is --

Look for re-rolling of that
February 13, 2008 - 09:17 ET by motherbeltLook for re-rolling of that clip as stories come out about Clinton "struggling to regain her footing" as the front-runner.
Good Grief. Didn't anyone tell the Senator that she has to look "up" at all times; the cameras are always rolling????
Want to bet her campaign makes some announcement about an injury to her hip or knee earlier in the day, (probably by trying to pull some down-and-out single mother up onto the stage with her, LOL) and plays it up as "ignoring the pain" because as she says "it's not about me...it's about the country"??
It is some pretty painful
February 13, 2008 - 09:19 ET by Mark FinkelsteinIt is some pretty painful footage, isn't it? I must say I found it shocking. The Clinton campaign must be horrified to see it air.
I'm sure they are. I gotta
February 13, 2008 - 09:57 ET by motherbeltI'm sure they are. I gotta tell you, I felt sorry for her when I saw that, and I am definitely not a sympathetic person when it comes to her. I do kind of feel bad about my sarcasm, and on more reflection, I think it was cruel of them to run that. It makes me wonder if this isn't a another sign that the media is turning on her....old bag vs. young, energetic guy.
If they show that clip following a video of Obama celebrating, she's toast.
I was looking for the Steve
February 13, 2008 - 10:24 ET by Hunter12I was looking for the Steve Martin (Theodric of York) "Naaahhh" at the end of your post.

February 13, 2008 - 10:50 ET by motherbeltHey, hey, hey!! I do have my "sensitive" moments, you know....
I was just afraid that if
February 13, 2008 - 11:11 ET by Hunter12I was just afraid that if they zoomed in for a close-up and she was crying, you'd bolt. As someone pointed out below, the steps on the external boarding ramp at the Jersey airport were snow covered. If she was flying commercial, she could have boarded via the covered jetway and not had to worry about the ice and snow on the steps. HRCGW could have been saved the carbon footprint of her jet's trip to Texas, but there probably were no flights between New York and Texas that day.

Ice covered stairway
February 13, 2008 - 10:05 ET by SouthJersey1953What ABC (and others?) failed to mention is that the stairs were ice covered. At least that is what FOX News reported when they showed this clip (once again, showing they are the "Fair and Balanced" network). By failing (intentionally?) to point hat out, the MSM has shown once again that they have jumped off the Hellary Express and on to the BHO steamroller.
Very interesting: I hadn't
February 13, 2008 - 10:07 ET by Mark FinkelsteinVery interesting: I hadn't heard that.
South Jersey: do you recall
February 13, 2008 - 10:12 ET by Mark FinkelsteinSouth Jersey: do you recall about when you saw this on Fox News? I'd like to include it in an Update if possible.
two possible time slots
February 13, 2008 - 10:23 ET by SouthJersey1953I think I saw it during the election coverage between 7:30-9 pm EST. If not there, then I saw it in the afternoon between 3-4 pm EST.
Many thanks.
February 13, 2008 - 10:30 ET by Mark FinkelsteinMany thanks.
Well, then, that goes along
February 13, 2008 - 10:25 ET by motherbeltWell, then, that goes along with my theory that they have turned on her.
Hillary is a monster. I
February 13, 2008 - 10:34 ET by NL207Hillary is a monster. I wouldn't put it past her to see that some fatal accident befell Obama if it became clear to her he was the sole obstacle to the Oval Office.
only a matter of time
February 13, 2008 - 11:00 ET by SouthJersey1953Like Rush said yesterday to a caller, (paraphrased), "...it doesn't matter who wins on the Democrat side, Hillary will be the Democrat's candidate." He went on to say that even if it took a riot at the convention, the Clinton machine would acheive thier goal.
