NBC Discredits Faulty Dem Poll of GOP Voters Thinking Obama is Muslim...After MSNBC Hyped It
NBC and its hard left cable network don't seem to be on the same page. The morning after MSNBC bomb-thrower Ed Schultz condemned Republican voters for thinking President Obama is Muslim, on Tuesday's Today, NBC's political director Chuck Todd discounted the Public Policy Polling survey: "I think this question was designed to get a higher percentage in the answer than maybe what's actually true."
Todd explained the problem with the automated poll: "...the way the question was asked, I think it just was designed to get a higher number. Because there are some Republicans who...may not believe he's a Muslim, but like saying it because it's a way to attack him. It's sort of a way to needle him....it's certainly created a buzz among liberals who are trying to create a stereotype among base conservative voters."
On Monday's The Ed Show, Schultz went so far as to rant that Sarah Palin was responsible for Republicans thinking Obama is Muslim: "The root of this problem is at the doorstep of the McCain campaign from 2008. You don’t have to look any farther than the recent HBO movie 'Game Change' which premiered over the weekend to see how this whole fire started to rage."
Maybe next time Schultz should give Todd a call before running with liberal propaganda disguised as polling.
Here is a transcript of Todd on the March 13 broadcast of Today:

MATT LAUER: And Chuck, real quickly, this story that a lot of people are talking about, this Public Policy Polling, these surveys done in Alabama and Mississippi that seem to indicate in Alabama 45% of people think Barack Obama is Muslim, 52% in Mississippi. You're not so sure on these numbers. You don't like this survey.
CHUCK TODD: Well, there's a couple of things. One, it's an automatic – it's a robo-survey, so you get an auto phone call and you press a button to answer the question, one if he's a Christian, two if he's a Muslim. But you introduce it – the way the question was asked, I think it just was designed to get a higher number. Because there are some Republicans who may not believe the President – who may believe the President is a – may not believe he's a Muslim, but like saying it because it's a way to attack him. It's sort of a way to needle him.
So, I think this question was designed to get a higher percentage in the answer than maybe what's actually true. And it's certainly created a buzz among liberals who are trying to create a stereotype among base conservative voters.
LAUER: Alright, Chuck Todd in Washington this morning. Chuck, thanks very much, as always.
TODD: You got it.

I get survey calls on my old land line phone, (yea, I plan on getting rid of it), but the other day I got a survey in the form of a robo call. I answered all the questions in a totally random manner and identified myself as a democrat, and skewed all of the other demographic questions.

I never participate in surveys or polls. I've always wondered how accurate can a phone survey be when a significant fraction does not respond. The pollers always say they have ways of compensating for non-participants. But how do you make inferences about a group for which you received zero data?
Between non-participation, biased sampling (intentional and otherwise), and intentionally loaded phrasing, I think polls are nothing more than a slightly interesting exercise.

CBS, CNN, MessnBC, ABC, etc. The results of these polls cannot be validated by the viewers and so, let's not read to much into it. Liberals simply try to create a buzz over the airwaves to energize their supporters so they come out of their basement and vote for Obama come November.
The Obamas' Race Fixation

The Obamas' Race Fixation
The release–after a quarter century–of Andrew Breitbart’s video of Barack Hussein Obama during his Harvard Law School years may or may not have been a blockbuster but it does reveal the future president’s fixation on race. Likewise, another video seems to confirm that the future FLOTUS, Michelle Robinson LaVaughn Obama, was also a racial agitator at Harvard Law.
It’s understandable that one of Obama’s closest mentors in the last campaign only now has admitted “We hid this [tape] throughout the 2008 campaign. I don’t care if they find it now."
Four years later, Harvard Law professor Charles Ogletree is confident enough that the first (semi-) African-American has sufficiently bamboozled the American people into thinking he is a president of all the people and wants a color-blind society rather than a racially-divided country.
With the black vote, the mainstream media, the 20% of liberals in America, and Hollywood in Obama’s pocket, Prof. Ogletree believes the 2012 election is a shoo-in for the president and he doesn’t give a damn anymore who knows Barack was a racial agitator at Harvard.
With MSM complicity, Obama has successfully managed to fend off the truth concerning the extent of his relationships with the radical Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the revolutionists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, his friendship with black Muslim racist Louis Farrakhan and other unseemly buddies so why fret over his demonstrations in favor of race-based hiring at Harvard?
Why get all exercised over a video depicting Obama embracing one of his role models, Prof. Derrick Bell, who notably said, “I live to harrass white people,” endorsed a controversial magazine whose official motto is “treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity,” and who preached divisive, black racist theories of endemic oppression by whites.
As student Obama said at the time, we should “open up our hearts and minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”
We might just as well close up our hearts and minds to President Obama’s comparable preachings of racial harmony cloaked in conciliatory words and concealing his decades-old antipathy for white people to which he confessed in Dreams of My Father: “I ceased to advertise my mother’s [white] race when I began to suspect I was ingratiating myself to whites.”
And he couldn’t allow that!
Nor could he tolerate or trust white people or, as he wrote in Dreams of a fellow Chicago community organizer: “There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And he was white.”
Harvard Law student Michelle LaVaughn Robinson was very sure of both herself and her perceived understanding that white people were out to get her. . . (Read more at http://www.genelalor.com/blog1/?p=17101.)

If you study his speeches, if he's a "christian" like he claims, then the pope's a lesbian and words have no meaning. Everyone with a functioning brain knows he's a vile immoral degenerate lawless and thus fascist baby butcher liar who'd have been executed long ago for his life of crime if this were a civilized country run by adults. Since neither is the case he gets a pass, by the GOP as much as Dems, for the only difference between Dems & the GOP is the former are evil and the latter incompetent. Real Americans are independent like George Washington who warned us that if we allowed the evils of political parties, they'd destroy us. Indeed.

FALSANI:
What is sin?
OBAMA:
Being out of alignment with my values.
Obama is probably a Christian only for social reasons, as he doesn't understand a basic Christian (or Islamic) principle of sin. So what that he also says that he believes in both God and Jesus, so does Satan, and neither submit to God. What this shows is that he really is warped version of a humanist, the belief in oneself as a standard of morality.

Well, that quote fits the idea that me and some others have that Obama is a true narcissist who worships himself.
Being God, whatever Obama dislikes is therefore a sin. I'm sure Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, David Gregory, etc, would agree.
We have another Dave or Matthew Dean, not sure which

Not that it's a bad thing, I admire them both. Speaking about polls

If I'm not mistaken, Fox News was the only network that covered the results of the bad news poll for Obama:
Obama’s Rating Falls as Poll Reflects Volatility - Monday, March 12, 2012
And I've read very little on Former Sen. Arlen Specter's new book - "Life Among the Cannibals." The Hill and Fox did covered the book's claim that Obama "ditched him in the 2010 election after he helped" pass Obamacare:
Specter says Obama ditched him after he provided 60th vote to pass health reform - Tuesday, March 13, 2012
However the MSNBC shills for Obama, like Schultz, a robo-call poll is real NEWS.
Again, these idiots at NBC and M-BS-NBC mislead viewers
