Name That Party: Former Kerry Staffer Charged with Leaking Top Secret Information

Former CIA agent John Kiriakou has been charged today with "repeatedly leaking classified information to journalists as well as violating the federal law that forbids disclosing the identity of covert intelligence officers," NBC News's Michael Isikoff reported earlier today. Isikoff noted in the second paragraph of his report that Kiriakou "between 2009 and last year worked as an investigator for Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee."

The Washington Post's Greg Miller also filed a story on the matter this afternoon, but omitted the fact that Kiriakou, who contributes to the liberal Huffington Post, was hired by the liberal senior senator from Massachusetts.

That's easy... Democrat! It always is, always will be. I was born in 1955 and I think the only thing that will save this country is for my generation (give or take 10 years) to be consumed. This is hope for my kids and grandkids. Sorry kids, It wasn't me, but somehow I feel like I didn't do enough to stop it.. forgive me guys?

Hope the 'guys' are doing well. With regard to 'how hard can it be?', I think the MSM is in full OS! mode. Which means the word 'democrat' should be spoken as little as possible. Along these same lines I hate going to a sen or rep website and can't figure out if they are Repbulican or Democrat, have to google it. It's as if these people dont want to be tagged. How typical of a gooberment 'servant' to keep us guessing about their true intentions! :-)

Hey MM, the boyz are pissed. I thought I was the only one....

Who had to 'Bing' the people.

The panic among the Establishment is funny.  They still haven't figured out that we are angry.  Not the independents, but 'we' the Conservative people are angry and they have been told and told and told.

I was getting a lot of solicitations for $$ from the NRC and various State Republican organizations, and I have been telling them; Get a Life.  I'll donate to the average candidate I think will represent me.

Thank you very much.

Good to see you here.

Nope, still in Florida. Check out the Puerto Escondido Page.

Submitted by acaiguana on Mon, 01/23/2012 - 7:51pm.

We are in Florida.  Costa Rica was too expensive.

We are looking seriously at Puerto Escondido; which if  you are not aware is like this...

Puerto Escondido is in Oaxaca.  Search on Puerto Escondido.

Did you guys look as San Jose? The guy I work for has some houses in the hill side there. I could have (and probably still could) buy one. Probably around 100k. PM me if you want an email to him.

We've been to San Jose a couple of times.

It's the cost of living that's so high in CR. Gas & Food more expensive than here.

Gotcha kiddo!

Submitted by MightyMouth on Mon, 01/23/2012 - 8:13pm.

But I could probably arrange a 'free weekend' (except food and gas) to take a look at one of these houses. My wife and I were there several years ago and we have memories galore! Let me know if you need a little getaway!

Whoa! way off thread sorry NB!

So, MM, I like the coast; you are right central is less costly.

Submitted by acaiguana on Mon, 01/23/2012 - 8:23pm.

There are other issues with Costa Rica.  Mexico people are more gracious.  If you are not an  idiot.

Plus, I'm really serious; for about $100K I can build a 7 br mansion.  Take more than one year; but poco en poco.

Bruins goaltender Tim Thomas released the following statement Monday evening regarding his absence from the Bruins visit to the White House this afternoon:

"I believe the Federal government has grown out of control, threatening the Rights, Liberties, and Property of the People.

This is being done at the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial level. This is in direct opposition to the Constitution and the Founding Fathers vision for the Federal government..."

I actually looked in the WaPo

Submitted by wdvander on Tue, 01/24/2012 - 12:08am.

I actually looked in the WaPo story for a party designation and was unsuccessful. I had to Google the guy and found he was a regular contributor at Huffington Post. It was the NBC story where I discovered what I thought. No GOP staffer would be allowed to post at HuffPo.
