Highlights of Mark Levin's Humor at MRC's 2009 Gala and DisHonors Awards

One of the highlights of the evening last night at the 2009 Media Research Center Gala and DisHonors Awards for yours truly was radio host Mark Levin, who served as an awards presenter.

With stinging humor, Mr. Levin zinged journalists and liberal pundits left and right -- or should I say lefter? -- so I took the liberty of taking some of the best lines and editing it down to a nearly 4-minute long video.

Mark is not known as The Great One for nothing.

I download daily his previous night's 3-hr show, and let me tell you, when he has a guest subbing for him (like last night) the day is somehow a little dimmer.

Does anybody remember years ago when he first started appearing on various talking head shows he would always say "Boy Howdy"...now hold on there a second or some such...I loved it.

By the way, I know what you mean, I tried to listen to his sub yesterday, just couldn't get into it.

That was great. Levin did miss a line though. At the end of the Cuomo comment...

Could global warming one day force us into space to live?

Levin could have jumped in with..

Or in Cuomo's case return to his planet of origin.

Mark used to be good as a local host in NYC, but now he's doing a so-so national show.  And he just makes the same jokes every show.

I have not heard Mr. Levin on radio, believe it or not, but after seeing his performance at the Dishonors, I'll be looking for his radio show here.  The man is an absolute riot.

His shows are free on his website. Can't say that about the others out there. He is providing us all a great service. Go Go. What are you still doing here.

Plus we didn't have teleprompters at the Gala. The company told us they were on back-order thanks to the Obama White House buying up a whole bunch of them.

like the man, respect the office. but he did occasionally mangle the language. however , on the mark levin show he played a clip of obama gaffs that far surpassed anything bush did. and its only been what, about a year. this man is a comedic goldmine in the making.

Rush will always be my #1, but Mark is definatly #2 in my book. I love his passion but most of all, he's far less willing to go along with liberal idiot callers like Sean Hannity does: "DO YOU HAVE A PLATE IN YOUR HEAD? GET OFF THE PHONE YOU BIG DOPE!!"  That cracks me up everytime!

 He's sarcastic, witty, but smart as hell and knows what he's talking about. I also really like that he's onto liberal useful idiots like the left's hero Jon Stewart and verbally takes him and his show apart once in awhile too. Jon deserves it more than almost anyone I can think of next to Bill Mahr.
