Anyone who heard Rush's comments in context knows Rush was commenting on the shallowness of many people in this society.  Hillary's already in her 60's.  The presidency tends to age the people who hold the job.  What would Hillary have looked like in 8 years if she had won?  Do you think she'd have vanished for a few weeks to get a face lift?  Flown someone into the White House for Botox treatments?  Would people have been talking about how the first woman president was getting grey or wrinkling up?

Think about the endless fawning over the looks of Bill Clinton and the Obamas.  The left seems obsessed with "pretty" candidates.

Part of the reason for women's slow progress is women ourselves: Organizing women along political lines is like herding cats. African-Americans, on the other hand, stand up for members of their community.

  Reading those two sentences together you would have to conclude her complaint is against white women.

I mean, it isn't as if he removed two divisons from the force structure after a decade of cuts that have now proven to be "two divisions too far."  But then again that was CLINTON who did that.

Unneccessary war in Iraq, once again she follows the rest of her ill-trained and ill-informed comrades in making the assumption that the only reason for the Operation Iraqi Freedom was WMD.  It was not, it was not even the first of the 16 rationale presented to both the legislative branch and UN for reasoning to resume hostilities.  But being a member of the press she cannot fathom more than one rationale.

These people should be rounded up and stored forever outside of the normal population.

These people are nothing but left-wing partisans who could care less about the country.

Fastest way to shut up a liberal  when they screech "Bush destroyed our civil liberties" is "Really? Which civil liberties, exactly, have you lost?"

Or take the ever-pathetic Jimmy Carter, claiming that Iraq is the worst foreign policy disaster in the history of the country.  Really?  Then where exactly would, say, Vietnam rank, Jimmy?  A conflict that was the equivalent of FIFTEEN Iraqs in terms of US casualties, a conflict we LOST and a conflict that resulted in millions of civilians being murdered after our departure.  But, no: Jimmy runs around screeching, "Iraq is the biggest foreign policy disaster", because Jimmy don't like George.

All of the Bush hatred has always been about punishing him for winning the 2000 election.

He was supposed to lose, just like Dole, and McCain.   That's why the MSM was running all the positive articles about him in 1999 and early 2000 . . . just like with McCain . . . to get them nominated by the GOP

What roles did the Senate and Congress have in making decisions GWB and his staff. from who did what info for de3cion making come from.

With GWB being blamed for the economy, lets get GWB tell the role of our fine Barney Frank,Chris Dodd, Frank Raines and who ever else had a dirty hand in this debacle.
