Do you expect every AP writer to write headlines in exactly the same way? That would lead to stylistically boring journalism. Also, how is the Obama headline more favorable to him? It attributes the "no contacts" claim to him, rather than assuming it is a fact. Nor do I see how Palin's pre-emption headline is negative or innacurate.

We need to let Obama get on with the nations business and stop all these distractions. Wait a minute... He has not been sworn in yet...

The media will be treating Obama the same as they did throughout the campaign.  No critical analysis only adoration. Meanwhile, they are still attacking Palin and other GOP'ers who are not in power. There goes their excuse of Truth to Power.

This is a man who supposedly has unsurpassed brillance.  When he ran for the U.S.Senate, 4th in the polls  3 months before the primary, his primary opponent and his probable Republican opponent were both destroyed by the leaking of sealed divorce documents by the paper his campaign manager used to work for. How coinsidental. He's taken all the advantages of his prior associations, most mentioned in HIS WORDS in one of his books.  He's what Jake Avery used to call, "a silk-stocking candidate". To above the fray to get involved in the gritty details of Illinois politics, but willing to take advantage of all the things it can do for him. He was an advisor to the Blago campaign.  It stretches even the shread of creditability this clown has left to believe he doesn't know where at least some of the bodies are buried or that his staff, representing him didn't discuss the Senate seat.  But he can point fingers at Republican ethics, right? But don't worry he talk good and he gonna send you a check.

To paraphrase a great journalist, Mike Barnicle -- I have no doubt whatsoever that Obama has done any wrongdoing. The fact that I rely upon my instinct to take Obama at his word is fact enough for me to report that He is above board. I therefore state that He speaks the truth and his campaign is hereby exonerated from this distraction, so there is no news here. Look somewhere else. My instinct says there's more important things to look into.

I have been infuriated about all of the msm repeating just exactly as the AP stated...O clears self...over and over I have heard this now, well O has said ..or he is cleared according to attorneys and of course they include Fitz here and there to-boot...plus just look how he controls the so-called pressers just the last two days...

Everyone knows he is releasing this so-called clearing of self and of course his staff ect info three days before Christmas for obvious reasons, I hope it backfires.

I have a hard time believing anything this guy says...always will, I have a real hard time believing a lot of what he says about Fitz ect and him not being able to release anything now...I think there is much more going on behind the scenes.

By the way...I just heard Rezko's sentencing is delayed now...hear he may be singing like a bird now since others may already be doing so...of course NONE of this is connected to O or has anything whatsoever to implicate him in anyway....that is the latest I've heard in the last few hours with the talking heads.

Oh this is class, Jesse Jackson Jr. was a federal informant for the last few years.  Wow, an example of one Democrat with some ethics!  One Democrat who exposed political corruption.  Where was Obama all this time???????  Chicago political corruption was so pervasive, Obama just went with the program so the MSM gave him a free pass and didn't make waves, but here we have A Democrat in the exact same environment who did just the opposite.  What more proof do you need, Obama has ZERO character.
