Earlier today I noted how Associated Press reporter Ed White noted that Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick (D) will not be able to leave Michigan to travel to the Democratic Convention in Denver later this month. Kilpatrick, White also noted, is a superdelegate.
But White returned to AP form later on August 15 with a story published shortly before 5 p.m. EDT entitled "Detroit mayor to stand trial on assault charges." In that article, neither the words "Democrat" nor "superdelegate" appear even once, nor did any mention of yesterday's legal back-and-forth about the terms of the mayor's release on bond. An excerpt:
DETROIT (AP) - A judge ruled Friday that there's enough evidence for Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick to stand trial on two felony assault charges stemming from a confrontation with two investigators.
The investigators testified that an angry Kilpatrick shoved one of them into the other and made racial remarks while they were trying to deliver a subpoena in the mayor's perjury case to one of Kilpatrick's friends last month.
District Judge Ronald Giles said there was no question Kilpatrick knew Wayne County sheriff's Detective Brian White and county prosecutor's investigator JoAnn Kinney were at the home where the confrontation took place on official business.

If one lends credence to all of the piss-ant radio URLs which 'fail' to recognize his party, too frigging bad.
The WP is worshiped by the libs.

W. Wilson (S)
August 16, 2008 - 00:20 ET by jaywlI came across an article from the April 14, 2008 WaPo. It concerned the improvements at Gettysburg NMP. One quote is "Rep Jesse Jackson Jr. (D IL) ...thinks the Park Service is making progress." That paragraph showed Jackson in an everyday, favorable fashion. Later President Wilson came up in regard to the 1913 Reunion. "President Woodrow Wilson, who spoke...returned to the White House to sign orders segregating the federal workforce." I think they drop the big D quite unconsciously. Wilson was/is one of the heroes of the Dems. Remember the League of all the other Nations? But, if the fact that he was a Kluxer must be brought up, what's the point of noting his affiliation? I hope and pray the People are not as stupid as the Left thinks they are.
