Tune into Criminal Minds and you constantly get jabs at civilians owning guns or like last night, "The murderer had to be a butcher or hunter".........yeah he was a furniture maker, but the FBI experts just knew by his lust for blood he had to be an American.

What is odd about Cold Case is that leading gal who looks like a vampire bit her or Al Gore was actually in growing up in a Christian musical family........guess the paycheck is all that matters to her now.

And What're You Gonna Do About It? Yes it's terrible. Yes it's deliberate. Yes it's an act of hatred. But, as Sean Connery said to Kevin Costner in "The Untouchables", "WHAT ARE YOU PREPARED TO DO? Talking on a blog about our collective outrage accomplishes NOTHING. Those Phillipinos that called Desperate Houswives on the carpet for their negative attribution seemed to have gotten an apology from Desperate Housewives! The problemm is that you take it. And keep taking it. You complain to each other but you never DO anything about it. I suspect that it's really because most of this so-called "Christian" nation, isn't all that "Christian" in the first place, so the offense that some of us feel, isn't shared all that much. But if organizations like NEWSBUSTERS and HOT AIR and TOWNHALL et al, start petitions or movements, such a thing might get the attention of those who treat Christianity with such callous disdain. Otherwise, just sit back and take it, or talk to each other in vain, yeah, that'll do the trick.

Another reason, added to the list of 24 and Cold Case of which my wife and I will no longer watch.  We're tired of liberal activism trying to pass as entertainment.

Amazing how Philipino groups can demand and quickly receive an apology from ABC for a one line of dialogue on "Desparate Housewives", yet Christians get no such apology from CBS for an entire show savaging our faith!  Perhaps we should call them the Communist Broadcasting Service. 

The media is afraid to say that it is muslims who stone people to death for real or imagined adultery. They know that they can safely ignore the complaints from slandered Christians because Christians don't riot in the streets and won't cut producers' heads off.

Let's face it. Hollyweed is a LaLa land of bigotted ostriches. They pretend to be so aware and knowing but can only find evil in the west, america, christianity and judism. Yet stick their heads in the sand with real evil. Like creeps cutting off the heads of little girls because they're christian.

It is interesting to note that CBS's Sunday night prime time 8:00 PM fare has gone from "Murder She Wrote" and "Touched By An Angel" to "Cold Case". The first two shows were usually fun and uplifting. "Cold Case", like CBS's news division tilts left and often tries to send a message. Every season there seems to be an attack on Catholics, anti-abortion supporters, and  pro military supporters.  The show just seems to be another example of a main stream media and Hollywood propaganda piece.

I think it was Mary Meehan who wrote in Human Life Review that many members of the far left (though she was addressing abortion) lack any sense of proportion. Anything that makes somebody a bit uncomfortable is a horror too great to contemplate, but death or disability is no big deal -- as long as it happens to people that the far Leftie doesn't feel any connection with.

So real Muslim women really being stoned to death for real or imagined sexual behavior? No big deal. The hysterial Lefties are not burqua-clad Muslim women so it's Somebody Else's Problem. But chaste Christian teens? They frown at Sex and the City types, and it HURTS to be frowned at! "It's like, I'm being judged. I'm just so uncomfortable with that! They need to respect my lifestyle choices!" Therefore the chaste Christian teens are a horrible threat.
