Really the only thing I ever liked her in (and this includes Andy Dick) was "The Ben Stiller Show". Had a brief run on Fox back in the day (late 80's?) Both Garofalo and Dick were very funny and virtually unknown. It appears however that fame has treated neither with kindness, whether it was drugs, stress or who knows what it has appearantly driven both insane.

She was miserable for eight long years and now she's even more miserable. Those darn evil racist teabaggers!

I used to like Garofalo's comedy. I could do without some of the really, really liberal bits, but she had some great stuff about "event movies" and other topics.
